NannyDoreen & Upndown's daily diaries

Morning to you - enjoy class and let us know how you get on x

Doreen! Brilliant news about Nik! I'm so glad for you and, of course, the rest of your family. Sounds like you have a hectic time again atm. On the positive side, you should burn off plenty of calories and you'll see your lovely grandchildren. Enjoy the party! Great to hear from you again. Take care. :)

Kathy xx

Aren't we all at times least you keep going xx

My reasoning is if I go every week I am seeing what I am doing. Best for me to be weighed by somebody else. I am not a good player where this eating lark is concerned. I even had fish and chips last n:eek:ight.

Phew to your busy week, I thought us 'grannies and nannies' were supposed to have a quieter life?! That's quite a crazy week but bet you'll have some fun in there too.
Really good to read that your son is ok and stays that way. Have a great time xx

I stopped work 4 yrs ago and until the kids moved 2 yrs I was extremely busy with the children. Not so much now but this is going to be full on. Apart from walking the dog, which will do me good, all I do it make the beds and see to the kids dinner if Mum not home and do mine. Other than that I will rest.

No rest for nannies I`m afraid

Upndown great loss lady! Proud of you. New scales may help towards a new you. ;)
Thx and I was lucky to lose that half pound - hoping for more this week!x

Well hope it's been a good day for everyone including Linda-Cloudy who's loosening her stays today!

I've trying to keep things low after yesterday's naughtiness!

brunch: Cloudy's pea soup, HEB bread and marmite, grapes
eve meal: lamb steak and salad
2 Ferrero Rocher 7 Syns plus 4.5 piece of choc
11.5 Syns

EDIT: amending cos the evening didn't go to plan - restaurant hadn't reserved our table and could only offer us a tiny table in the noisy bar so the others ended up having a takeaway and I cooked an SW meal!,

Tell me about it, I'm way busier than if I went to work. I always say hubby has it easy going off out each day!

I've trying to keep things low after yesterday's naughtiness! But may have to loosen mine later as I'm off for a meal out - here's how the rest of the day went with my best guess on eve meal!

brunch: Cloudy's pea soup, HEB bread and marmite, grapes
t: hopefully steak, veg & salad, maybe fruit salad
2 Ferrero Rocher 7 Syns

Thanks Linda and hope you have as good a night out as I had afternoon out. I actually felt quite slim and comfortable in a new top and trousers that I've not fitted into for about six years! (leopard print top, get me!) and even got a compliment from my 24yr old nephew, saying there was no way I looked my age and looked towards his Mum. Lol, my sister (six years older than me, was a bit miffed at that lol)

It's nice that soup, isn't it and so quick and easy. Might make that this week myself, I'm loving soups for lunch each day. Hope the restaurant can supply yummy food for you that isn't too synful, so you can still really enjoy it. I've just had some of that lovely Tesco yogurt and options/raspberries... yum but no choccy tonight. xx
