B: nothing. Just coffee and a visit to niece for another two coffees.

D: Chicken stew & broccoli and gravy grans (2syns)

I suggest fruit mini kebabs, on cocktail sticks so they're easy to grab and colourful. Enjoy the face painting, that's lots of fun. Xx
Hi - sts for me again - bit disappointed cos I was ill and didn't eat much some days but going to copy willbeslimjen's ideas this week - doing 2 success express days, upping superfree and basing meals on free still having syns but max of 70 over the week - hope Linda has a good loss and Doreen gets what she's after!
