Breakfast::Toasted wholemeal roll & lc sausage. tom sauce

S: peach

Lunch::Roasted veg from yesterday. pasta. philly light sweet chilli
banana

Dinner::pork chop. brocolli. cauli. boiled spuds.

13g lite philly - 1

Decided to try a little exercise. Walk @ a good pace to post box & back. Took 7 mins.
Turned around at post box because was getting out of breath. Uphill till then. Well a good incline
See what happens tomorrow.

I love the pig face lol.
I've been thinking about walking more, I only live about a mile and a half from work so it's the perfect opportunity, but it's up a serious hill. It's ok getting home though :)

Monday 9th September EE

hexa 1/2 skim milk. 1/2 20g lf cheese
hexb 2 sl wm bread

Breakfast: 2 LC sausages, 2 eggs, 2 toms.

Lunch: Herb & tom pasta with chicken bits as yesterday

S: 2 sausages - I know I should not cook 6 at the same tiome as I end up eating them

Dinner: 2 chicken thighs, piri piri seasoning.
cauli, brocolli, processed peas & potatoes

SYNS 6.1/2 so far

Chicken bits 75g - 5
3 sausages - 1.1/2
 
Sausages are probably my most favourite food in the whole world!

Hi all. Went to Haverhill last Tuesday 7am. Stayed till Thursday around 5pm. On way home went to see my Brother who is now out of hospital and living with his son. He looks very tired but is ok. Weight off is about 3 stone, all his skin is looking much better. It was nice to see him.

Anyway, no access to a computer, mine I left with my other brother as was having problems. Didn`t write anything down for the week and did not stick to sw 100%. But am not displeased with th4 fact that I put on 1lb. except that when I got weighed 2 wks ago I had put on 1.1/2lb. So back to the straight and narrow for me. Hope everyone ok. Have missed being on here.

Anyway food for today

Saturday 14th September RED DAY

2 eggs 2 bacon trimmed 2 toms and mushrooms
2 bread + 1

Snack: grapes, banana

Mince with green pepper onion tin toms
boiled spuds
2 peaches, banana

Ham & tomato sarni
with a llittle philly

L: sliced ham, tomatoes, fresh pineapple, philly cheese 28g

S: banana and coffee

S: butternut squash & carrot soup. I was hungry!!

D: chicken with sweet chilli sauce & soy sauce marinade
roast spud, peppers, onion, bns, tom. brocolli.

Banana, peach.

Hot choc then bed.

L: Ham & Eggs omelette with cheese triangles.
Home made BNS & carrot soup. Lovely.
2 pears, Muller greek yogurt

S: 2 pears & coffee & greek yog

D: Potato & sweetcorn soup. Home made.

Mince with onion, oxo. toms, green pepper. Cooked couple days ago
Potato/cauli/philly cheese mash. brocolli and swede & carrot mix

Supper: 2 bread, 100g liver sausage. 10g chutney

hexb - 2 sl wm bread

B: Bacon eggs toms 2 bread

L: Pasta & onion in sauce. Put herbs & chicken & nat yog in it. Filling.

D: Potato & sweetcorn soup.
Fanta chicken.2 Chicken thighs. Onion, Red Peppers carrot strips
& pineapple fresh, put in at end just to warm up. Boiled rice.

2 peaches. Box grapes. Yog

Visited brother Albert today. He is looking much better, was very tired last week. He has been outin his car, which is good in itself. His legs are looking very good since water been taken out. Hope it continues.
