I tell you it was lovely. Thought corned beef was a no no, but 3.1/2 syns for 120g pkt was well worth it, Potato, swede & carrot mash with a little milk, beautiful. Usually have baked beans, but had more mash than I thought so did not need beans.

You're very organised! I need to follow your example and get organised again. I've been pretty busy the last couple of days and not been on much, it's amazing how not keeping up with my diary (even if it is repetitive) has let things slide.

Morning Mandy. It does sound organised but when I got on scales this morning they said I had put on 3lbs. Also I have all day at home to do diaries. And to be by the cupboards abd fridge. :sigh:

I am sure I have been eating too much. I was really full after dinner but still had bananas later. I was not hungry at all, but they were there and calling me. OH dear!
Know it was a lot for the amount of times have been to loo lately (I know `too much info` sorry.

Diary on next page.

Your diary is so healthy compared to mine...
Stay away from the bananas

Mandy x

I think I should stay away from the bananas and the grapes. Bananas I eat a lot and grapes a boxful.

My diary does look healthy but I must be eatng too much. My scales are going up. Be glad when WI is over tomorrow. I believe I have eaten the right stuff but too much and not enough exercise. I think I will put the exercise on my diary. It won`t be a lot but must do some.

I`ll take my kindle and some sugar cubes in case have a hypo.

Hi Doreen, hope you enjoyed your walk and are feeling a bit brighter. The fresh air will do you good, I always feel better after a walk, it's motivating myself that's the problem.
Take care x

Hi Mandy, thanks for replying. Feeling a lot better now. Just got back at 1.40. Not walking all the time of course, had a latte, they measured it for me, 220ml skimmed milk, nice of them.

After that went into the garden centre and bought a white rose, a rosemary plant and some little coloured heathers.
Gonna have some lunch then go into the garden and plant. Have some bulbs to do too. Hope the weather holds out.

That sounds like a very successful trip out, I hope the weather stays nice so you can get your planting done.
I keep looking at the coloured heathers, what do they grow like?

I asked that this morning. Apparently they get a bit bigger each year. I would have them out before they got too big though. I will try and trim a little when they first get bigger, if left too long I think they go woody, not really sure.

I got 3 of them, 1 yellow 1 purple and a blue one. They look nice sitting together. It was £2 each or 3 for £5.

All my advice about roses, only one of the ones I put in grew so as I wanted a white one I bought it instead. My neighbour seems to have more luck than me, she don`t seem to want to put any in for me though. Don`t know why. I may have said before she is from the Phillipines and tho very nice can be a bit strange at times,

I didn't have much luck with my rose either, we'll have to keep our fingers crossed for your new one.
Do the heathers keep their colour as they grow?

I have a look on google and it seems that they do keep their colour and they reckon you should have a whole bed of them. You can trim them at certain times. I don`t want a whole bed I am just planting the 3. It says to plant them deeply with the flowers touching the soil.

Too much to put it all on here. Were you thinking of getting some?

The rose I got today is a proper one from the garden centre so if that don`t grow I will want my money back. It should do never had a problem before.

I've always looked at them, but didn't understand the colour. I didn't know if they were dyed and it would grow out. They look lovely, keep me posted how they get on.

Well, what a morning. Firstly I put on 2lbs. Was expected.
I have decided looking back on my diary I am eating too much. Might start putting weights on my dairy for my later information.

We had a Mcmillan coffee morning at class today it was really nice, all SW stuff & syns counted.
Mmm then I went to the house of one of the members for her coffee morning, not all SW. But I thoroughly enjoyed it, met some lovely people and had some beautiful things to eat.

Definately no syns left for today and I reckon no more than 10 or less heah day next week.

It is nearly 1pm and I am full. Will have some dinner later, but not sure what.

Afternoon
You've had a nice morning! I bought a bun from a cake stall that they were running in the bank, I gave it to one of the lads when I got back to work - honest ;)
You're sounding positive about your weight gain, and have a good idea for dealing with it, so I'm expecting big things from you this next week.
Enjoy your afternoon x
