Right then, what do I do on weigh in day.

I don't go out to lunch with friends, I know you do sometimes though.

I don't eat before I get weighed, after I have coffee.

When I go home I usually have my Heb. Ie. scan bran cake. Or just with banana.

I usually go to the café then and meet my waitress friend Mia. I only have a couple of coffees. Even so it is hard to resist the lovely cakes and the smell coming from the kitchen. I have asked Mia to question me if I ask for any food.
Luckily I can sit outside and do my sewing.

In the evening I have my dinner around 6pm. Sometimes I have a yogurt for pudding.

If I feel peckish later,. Not hungry just Pekish.. I may scramble a couple of eggs with cheese or if I have fruit I will eat that.

Not always so good the rest of the week though.

One other thing kinda related. I told Mia when I get my 4stone then I will have a bacon sandwich. When I got there she asked me had I done it and I told her that I would have to wait until the following week. Then I had bacon and toms sarni AND a bucket of chips.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post that Doreen - I appreciate that - the way you write it sounds as if you find it easy but I expect it's tough at least some of the time??? I really am going to try to copy you and kick this stupid WI day bingeing - I'm just making it hard for myself :(

You do well to control yourself esp at the cafe with all those goodies! Sitting outside wdn't stop me!

So you are human then - or perhaps you were just copying mye when your had your bucket of chips eh?????

Seriously tho - I'll use you a my role model and mentor - I'm determined to sort this out - I think I'll plan some nice on plan food.

Meals shdn't be a problem but I will need something sweet & treats - need to think about that - maybe a meringue with a nice low fat thick greek yogurt and fruit, SW chips with HEA melted cheese wd feel like a treat - I'll look thro some recipes too.

I like those mini marshmallows on a cocktail stick with chopped fruit too - might make some SW cheese scones with cottage cheese with chives with a tiny bit of mustard in the mixture and put a tiny bit of grated cheese on top as soon as they come out of the oven - know that's a tweak but it's better than my usual stuff and Phil likes them so I won't eat them all!

Low cal drinking choc with a few marshmallows too (I'll have to ask Phil to hide the rest of the marshmallows tho or you know what'll happen to them :O )

I like the SW scotch eggs too! Which are your favourite low syn sausages Doreen?

SF jelly and ff yog - some of the people in class say the SW ready meals are good and it's great that they're free of syns - but I'm not that keen but there is one I like but can't remember - need to think or go to Iceland & check it out.

The girls in class say the fish cake with a sauce is lovely too.

Could do a SW sausage casserole - not keen on SW sausages grilled but like them in a casserole - could do some Frylighted roasties or even use a bit of oil.

Not saying I'll eat all this in one day but even if I did it'd be better than my 'normal abnormal WI day' !! Need to look on here for more ideas and think more about what food I like that seems like a treat - ooh I'm on a mission now! Thank you for reading if you've got the stamina to get this far Hee Hee! x

Lovely morning here but cold - hope it's warmer where yo uare.

I'm going to pick Poppy up today she's going to stay the night - as her Dad's out of action they won't be able to do much with her over the holidays - I'll take here shopping which she loves & we'll have lunch out :eek: I will be very careful - will have fruit in my bag too.

B: bacon, omelette, brown sauce 2 syns? cucumber, lettuce and cress for 50% speed
L: ? a careful choice ;)
D: spag bol, SF jelly with ff yog & more speed
Drinks: water, fruit teas, diet drink perhaps a coffee or 2 part HEA - make it up with a nibble of cheese :))

Will fit some exercise in later - I'm sure Poppy will want to go from one end of the town to the other too - so lots of steps today :)

After a week of what I thought was good slimming world I put on 1/2lb. Damn.
C will check my diary.

Today's food.

Breakfast. A naughty roll. 11.1/2 syns.

Lunch. Plums

Dinner. Chicken, salad, dressing 1syn. Satsuma and apple.

Then I got a phone call .... So a can of cider 8.1/2 syns.

Never mind start again tomorrow

EDITED AGAIN! I had a lovely phone chat with a friend tonight and afterwards I didn't fancy my spag bol so just had the jelly & yog with an apple and satsuma - off to bed now - tired for some reason!

Yes I stuck to my plan pretty much as you'll see above - for a change :classic_roll_eyes:

Annoying to have even a teeny gain but you'll probably lose that and more next week ;)

Lovely morning here - a lazyish morning I think - I'll do some exercise and a bit of house stuff - off to the cinema tonight to see Isle of Dogs with Poppy & we said we'd go out for food for a treat :eek: she asked to go to a Pizza - it's an independent place - she says it's much nicer (& cheaper!) than Pizza Hut - so I'll just have one slice of hers and a salad if they do them - what a temptation as I doubt Poppy will eat all the rest o_O

Then more temptation at the cinema - I'll take some fruit.

B: omelette, bacon and mushrooms, brown sauce 2 syns, apple
L: vegetable soup, HEA cheese, sf jelly, skyr
Snack: veg soup, speed fruit if I need it b4 going out
D: looks like pizza - looked at SW syns online & they're not as much as I thought some are even as low as 6 syns but I'll put 10 just in case :cool: and speed fruit

Mine was not too good really.

B. Bacon, eggs, toms and mush. Did some bits indoors then went to café early.

Lunch. One of the girls talked me into having a cake. Apple and cinnamon loaf. Beautiful. Syns ?????

Dinner. Chicken cabbage spuds. Gravy 3/4 syns. Did not measure.

2 jellies 1 syn for 2. 2 Muller's.

Mmm it does not look as bad as I thought. Only had 1/2 of milk and no heb.

No cake tomorrow. Will be back on plan properly. Actually I am going to have corned beef spuds cabbage and beans I think. Just noticed corned beef in the fridge.

Had a lovely chat with my friend last night. I was feeling a bit down , a chat certainly helps. T!he girls at the café were good too. Note the cake !!

Well It was a good day before I went out - ended up eating more of the pizza than I intended - at least it was a thin base and had ham, cheese and mushrooms a green salad - didn't eat anything at the cinema but more some goodies when I got home grrrr.... so I've spoiled today.

I'm not going to get upset about it - just try again in the morning - but I am cross with myself! x

Well done Doreen - glad the cake didn't set you off eating more goodies - you did well there.

The cafe sounds a really nice friendly place - lovely to have that - one cafe around here's just changed hands - the new owner makes people feel it's time to leave by clearing/wiping the table & handing out the bill once they've finished their drink or meal even when it's quiet! I've also been told he's not keen on people just having a drink or a drink & a cheap thing like toast.

Needless to say I've stopped going there - luckily there's lots of cafes along the coast cos it's popular with holiday makers in the summer & most businesses appreciate the local people's business all year round :) xx

Well what's my day going to do foodwise today? First thing is to do some exercise - a 1 hour workout - it won't wipe out yesterday but it'll hopefully get me in the right frame of mind & burn off a few calories!

Then later we're off out to meet some friends who are staying in the area - we're meeting in a pub at 6.30 :O then going to an Italian place for a meal :O :O - so I'll keep food lowish up to then - I'll be driving so no drink for me then I'll have the lowest cal thing on the menu and try not have a dessert.

EDIT:

Well my day went better than I expected for a change apart from not doing any exercise - I faffed about too much and b4 I knew it - it was time to get ready to go out! We had a good time with our friends.

Food:
2 egg omelette, bacon, found Daddies brown sauce yesterday - I like it better the HP and it's more runny so I don't need as much - 1 syn, apple and satsuma
Food at the Italian - starter: fruit salad, main: steak and salad - no dressing, amaretto and diet coke, more diet coke - no pud - only cos no-one else was having one!

An apple when I got home

Drinks: a few diet cokes, fruit teas

Chuffed with that - wonder if I can repeat something like that 2moro?

My food so far today Saturday. Will refer to my food diary, 😊

Breakfast
3 eggs s rambled with mushrooms and 5g grated parmesan. 1 syn.

Lunch/ dinner

Corned beef 4 syns. ham, salad and boiled spuds. Quite a lot of salad too. Dressing 1.1/2 syns.
pot of jelly 1/2 syn mullerlight.

A little later. Frozen berries and a Muller. With this I ate my 5 scan bran heb

hea milk for coffee.

Total syns 7. Not as bad as I thought it would be.

Syns Thurs. 26. Friday 24. Today 7.. 57 total. Syns for 3 days should be no more than 45.
Not too bad. Only 12, to catch up. Easy. Oh I counted 20 for the cake.

Well it's nearly midnight & I'm surprisingly quite pleased with my day today :) Although I didn't do any exercise - faffed around the house somehow instead :O

Had a good time with our friends - just got back. This is how my food went:

2 egg omelette, bacon, Daddies brown sauce - I don't see it in the shops often and it's my favourite but bought some yesterday when shopping with Poppy - it's thinner/runnier than HP so I didn't need as much so only 1 syn. Apple and a satsuma, fruit teas

Meal out - forgotten what I had for a starter but I chose it cos it was free - steak and salad - no dressing, 1 amaretto 4.5 syns and diet coke - I offered to drive so went onto diet cokes :(

Total syns: 5.5 but steak might have been cooked in butter or oil?

My youngest son's coming here today - he has a daschund so we'll be going for a walk at some point. That's it really - it'll be good to see him.

Brunch: omelette, bacon and brown sauce 1 syn, apple and satsuma
D: chicken wrapped in bacon lots of veg, perhaps a SF jelly, skyr
Will try to stick to that - WI's looming! x

No Easter Eggs here but I have to confess to other naughties at lunch :( What's the matter with me AAAARRGH!!
