I have had some bad days. Didn`t get weighed on Friday because I had put on weight because I am eating too much. Have not even written anything down or come on minis. Trying not to be cross with myself but I am. Yesterday was not too bad except that I had thawed out some Tesco sausages (1syn each) cooked them all because my son was around (good excuse) but he did not want any so I had the 4 that were left with some ketchup.
It so bad, but feel ok today so am going to try AGAIN.

Sunday 9th March.

hexa - 350ml milk weighed.
hexb - 2 wm bread

B: 2 bacon trimmed, 1/2 large mushroom and a large tomato with 2 eggs and 3 toast (2.1/2)

D: 2 chicken thighs with cabbage & brocolli and mushed spud. (300g before cooked with skins on) Gravy granuls
Pears & yogurt

T: Pork chop & tomato.
frozen berries rice & yogert

2 mullerlght

Syns 4.1/2

1bread - 2.1/2
15g gravy granules -2

Monday 10th March

hexa 350ml milk

L: BNS soup, frozen berries and yogurt.

D: pork chop. Roast bns, peppers, corgette, carrot, mushroom & one tin of potatoes rinsed and roasted wiith the rest. My neice says they are nice and had some to use up.
2 mullerlghts

Later. 3 pears and a tin of beans. 3 bacon 2 eggs 3 bread (late brekkie??)

No! :). Had to go for diabetic check - not too bad. I can go without breakfast and not feel hungry really. Took lunch and went & saw my brother.
I was feeling fed up because I keep eating so went out after docs. Sunday night had 3 sarnis with ham & butter. Why? don`t know just fancied it. I wasn`t even hungry just wanted to eat. I am a disaster at the moment.
Got weighed at clinic and I weigh the same as I did this time last year.That in itself not too bad, nurse was pleased, but I am supposed to be losing weght. :cry:

Will have to see how it goes and not miss sw class because I know I have put on.

Thanks. Good day today.

Brother still going down very slowly. He has gout quite bad at present but is quite well.

I am going to carry on plodding and stop hiding from sw class.
 
Tuesday March 11th

hexa - milk
hexb - 2 wm bread

B: 3 bacon, 2 eggs, 3 toast (2.5)

walk to garden centre for tea

L: 2 boiled eggs, lettuce, tomato, baby beets, onion, 4 small spuds left from yesterday. Couple slices ham 1/2 bag crisps (4) salad cream (2)
Was so nice

D: Minced beef with onion, green pepper, 1/2 tin toms, carrot & oxo cubes.
Boiled spud - about 250g - brocolli & cauli.
Followed by lime jelly with banana & mullerlght.

Plus 4 mullerlight, better then bread I suppose.

Never had the rest of the crisps either.

When are you going to start back at sw meetings?

I am going to go this week, probably Thursday morning then I can stay. If I go Friday have to leave for Zumba and I think I need to stay. No hiding place. :eek:
 
Pleased I did not eat the rest of the crisps. Didn`t know how many syns they were when I bought them
I suppose those extra mullerlghts I ate were better then extra bread.

Wednesday 12th March

(don`t want to eat biscuits while I am there.)

fresh pineapple and 2 yogurt.

Doreen, well done on finding the strength of will to plan your return to the SW plan. I have been following your thread for some time and understand the struggle you have been through.

If you need any extra support my thread is not really a diary but more of a group support thread of some mature SW members. We would love to help if we can and everyone is welcome to join in.
 
Thank you LJ I will have a look tomorrow. Need to go to bed early tonight, if I don`t I will be searching the cupboard & frdge. Not hungry but think of food all evening no matter what I am doing and it is getting worse.

Well I put on 3.1/2lbs in the last 2 weeks. I weigh 1 stone more than I did in July last year. I really have to do something about this.

Todays food. Thursday March 13th ------ gonne try a red day.

hexa - 350ml milk

hexb - 2 wm bread
hexb - 230g potato

1st meal 12 noon

B: bacon, eggs, mushroom & tomato 1 tesco sausage (1) - 2 toast (heb)
So far so good.

D: BNS/carrot soup with a slice of cold toast (2.5)
2 chcken thighs, 230g spud (heb) brocolli, cabbage,
(no gravy after all)
Mullerlight & 2 apples.


Maybe Snack later - frozen mixed berres & yogurt. (had banana & coffee instead)

Syns 3.5

1 Tesco sausage - 1
1 bread - 2.5



Have just put in the oven a beef & carrot casserole for 2 - one for the freezer one for Saturday maybe.
Also tomorrow gonna make potato and sweetcorn soup and a vegetable pasta bake. Looks like tomorrow is going to be green

Friday 14th March ------------ green day

Hexa 1 - 350ml milk
hexa 2 - 40g low fat cheddar
Hexb 1 - 2 bread
Hexb 2 - 40g Low fat cheddar.

B: 1/2 tin beans and 2 eggs on toast.

L: bns soup

Snack - red berries, rice & 1/2 cherry muller - coffee

D: Veggie pasta bake with eggs & cheese.
Followed by red berries & rice 1.2 yogurt.

Should not have eaten all the bake, will make a smaller one next time

Saturday 15th March.... green day

hexa 1 - 350ml milk
hexa 2 - 40g l/f cheese

hexa 1 - 2 wm bread
hexa 2 - 60g xtra lean minced beef.

B: 1/2 tin baked beans & 2 eggs. 2 toast.
A little rice pudding & a banana.

L: BNS soup
Then berries, rice & yogurt.

Snack: 2 apples, and a yogurt and 2 bananas

D: Lasagne. Roasted BNS, pepper, corgette, onion & mushroom. Beef mince oxo cube. Yogurt, egg for sauce & cheese.
There is 1/2 a tin of tomatoes left in the frdge, may put that in to for a bit of sauce
This was delicious

Just realised I have not had any syns for 2 days.

Thanks Mandy, good to hear from you. I thought some different days would help. Feels quite good at the moment.
