Hi - late tonight - will explain why another time - too tired now!! Day went well up to half an hour ago - oh no......

B: porage oats, ff yog, berries
L: ham sarnie and banana
T: bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes
Treats: WW wafer biscuit and savoury crisps

What a good girl I hear u say BUT THEN :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

for no reason at all I have choc, more choc, biscuits more biscuits - u get the picture WHY, OH WHY OH WHY???????????????????????????????????????

Argh, you were attacked by the choccy monster Upndown. You must sharpen that pencil and make a good bold line under yesterday.

Flipping heck I'm so mad with myself for last night - since Jan 2 I've been ok - not perfect but I was happy with progress but lately I've been a nightmare - even had hypnotherapy to help a few weeks ago - then switched to WW on Tues this week - yet last night went on an almighty sugar fest - MUST get under control - so here's a line for me and anyone else who needs one this morning!!

I maintained today (sounds better than staying the same) I was ok with that, quite chuffed in fact. Have you found thr answer yet Upndown to our binging? Bums, I can`t find it either.

I will do my food later, keeping a note on my phone so I can put it all on together.

Well done on maintaining - u did well not to gain after the weekend - u must have pulled back hard!! Mmm is that a new fancy phone u have now? I'm impressed mine's a tiny basic thing but it suits me!!

Yes I need somebody to do something about what going on in my head maybe someone sitting on it wd do some good lol!

Not sure I have the answer for binge but I have an excuse - can't remember if I've mentioned I've been struggling with pain in my tummy area (a big area I know!) and also needing the loo all the time - a bit like cystitis (which I often get) but test said no infection this time. I've been in a lot of pain for past few weeks - and had a few tests and gynae examinations but nothing confirmed yet so having further tests - think I was tired last night and a bit fed up about it all - but that shdn't end up as a binge shd it? Think I have that illness ur doc talked about - whatever it is! Been ok so far today - hope it lasts :rolleyes:

Been checking on the web and there's something called painful bladder syndrome which they say is hard to diagnose so wonder if it's that - I have all the symptoms - let's see what doc says at next appointment - they say that acidic foods aggravate the condition - the first food I noticed on the list was choc!! Well if I'm in pain later I'll have done that to myself - they suggest eliminating acid foods for few days - one type of food at a time - then try eating it again and see what happens - so started with choc today - let's see if it makes a difference - I'll be upset if choc does affect me like that and will have to stop having it - but at least I won't binge on it again!!

No brekkie - wasn't hungry after all that last night - not surprising eh?

L: boiled egg and a Satsuma - was in a rush and still not hungry so that was enough

T: Ended up being something not v special but filling - lean bacon with jacket potato and beans with some salad - followed by mullerlight and berries

That's it now Updown - what do u mean? I mean u can't have anymore to eat today - okay I'll be good :angel:

Hiya saddo sorry to hear about the pains in your big tummy area. I have one of those too, no not the pain the big tummy area. It is irritating when you cannot be they can`t find out what the problem is quickly. Was going to say diognosed quickly but can`t spell it. Hope they can help you soon.

What that doc on the tele said was that overeating and binging is an illness, not being greedy. Something goes on in our jeans or even genes that make us do this. Very compulsive.

As for my phone it is a new one because my other one packed up. This one is more complicated but it has a good space for notes and I am putting it on as I go along. Doing sugars also because I can`t see as well as usual. Things are rather blurred in the distance.

S: 2 bananas . 1 freddo (5syns)
D: 2 small loin chops, boiled spuds with skin on. Lots runner beans. 15g sweet chilli sauce (1.1/2syns)
Forgot strawberries & muller strawberry wotsit (1/2)

Syns 7

Feeling really tired again so gonna have a coffee and go to bed early. Going to visit older brother in the morning and get some shopping in Lidl.

We can be your 'ears' and just lie down wherever you are and tell us when you need to rant. Oh, hang on a minute, that may get you a few funny looks if you're in the supermarket and could be dangerous if you're crossing a road, so maybe you should do the laying down part when you're home. :eek:

Seriously, you've had a tough time lately and not really surprising you've had a bit of a blowout BUT yes, you'll be more mad at yourself if you don't make a stand and get back to healthy eating again. You CAN do it and we're here to give you a prod if you start to waver and a big hug just to cheer you up. :grouphugg:

Thanks for the welcome Nanny Doreen. (I'm a Nanny too and upndown is my namesake)
Unfortunately I still need to lose the 3st3lbs but I'm happy with how it's going so far and chuffed at this weeks 2lb off. Slowly, slowly catchee monkey... is that the saying? I'll get there hopefully in the not too distant future. :rolleyes:
 
Do hope you can get that tummy pain sorted pronto Upndown... doesn't sound at all pleasant. Good luck with the elimination theory, I really hope it helps pinpoint what it could be but if not, back to the docs to get more help! (ooh i'm soooo bossy!) Hugs m'dear, and you won't be a saddo for long, I hope. ;)

Hi everyone.

Hope your pain not too bad today Upndown. Good food day today please little angel. ;) Mine is ok so far. Feel much more positive when I am at home. Also yes I am fine, just very tired. Usually if a have a reasonably early night I am not so tempted to eat. Can be yp early and not eat till proper breakfast time but late nights I am always looking in the fridge/freezer/cupboard.

Nice to hear from Bubble too.

I got my chicken ok today Cloudy6, no bumps on my thighs.

Saturday 27th June EE

hexs milk & 2 bread

B: 2 eggs, 2 bacon, mush tomatoes and 2 toast
L: McCains jacket (1syn) 2slices of ham mixed in 15g xl mayo (1syn) touch of milk, tomatoes.
followed by strawberries and yogurt
D: SW minced beef hash with runnerbeans. (my favourite)
Strawberry jelly (1.1/2) with strawberries in it & yogurt.

Gonna count for a wm roll (6syns) with ham for evening, maybe with a little fresh pineapple with it.

That will be 9.1/2 syns.

10pm ish. Not having the roll so 3.1/2 syns for the day.

Haha, I got lots of lovely fresh fruit and veg in Lidl, my fridge is full now and it's a big one! Going to be eating lots of salad next week. Oh and I got chicken thighs and breasts, plus some prawns too. Hubby was edging towards the chocolate but I steered him away and got in the checkout queue quickly! :eek:
