Haha, I got lots of lovely fresh fruit and veg in Lidl, my fridge is full now and it's a big one! Going to be eating lots of salad next week. Oh and I got chicken thighs and breasts, plus some prawns too. Hubby was edging towards the chocolate but I steered him away and got in the checkout queue quickly! :eek:

Yes I'm looking forward to the challenge too - a little extra push after all my messing about lately!!
 
Feeling quietly confident so here is today`s food.

Saturday 27th June EE

hexs milk & 2 bread

B: 2 eggs, 2 bacon, mush tomatoes and 2 toast
L: McCains jacket (1syn) 2slices of ham mixed in 15g xl mayo (1syn) touch of milk, tomatoes.
followed by strawberries and yogurt
D: SW minced beef hash with runnerbeans. (my favourite)
Strawberry jelly (1.1/2) with strawberries in it & yogurt.

Gonna count for a wm roll (6syns) with ham for evening, maybe with a little fresh pineapple with it.

That will be 9.1/2 syns.

Well Doreen u've got the bit between ur teeth - looks like a fab and filling day's food there!! Good luck
 
I didn`t have a lot of time to look around as my brother was expecting me. I did get a leaflet tho` and next week the vine tomatoes are going to be 79p for a kg. It is not far so I will probably pop down tomorrow and get some veg at least.

Good for keeping away from the choc.

Thanks Upndown, I thought it looked good. I put the roll at the end thinking that if I am hungry this evening, and I usually am, that it would be something to look forward too, Trying to keep away from low fat flavoured yogurt as there is really too much sugar for my diabetes because I cannot just eat one or 2. Sure the carbs in the roll will be better than the sugar. Hope so anyway.

Oh dear, now I have to be good. What are you eating today?

Breakfast was lots of chopped fresh fruit topped with a mullerlight vanilla yogurt and green tea.
Lunch was wholemeal bread (Hex B) with ham and lots of salad, with philly extra light (part of Hex A - the rest skimmed milk in my tea)
Banana and a satsuma as a snack
Dinner will be prawn and chilli spaghetti (recipe from Chocko1's thread) with steamed brocolli and sugarsnap peas
Not had any syns today yet! but will probably have something later this evening - most likely three chunks of Dairy Milk chocolate from a big bar. :)
I've had about one and a half litres of water so far and another green tea.
A good day for me so far as I've also walked for 45 mins (and then some more around town pushing a buggy loaded with baby and shopping) and done lots of housework quite energetically. I'm currently flopped on the sofa with my green tea though, having a break.

Hehe, only in a nice way, gentle nagging if you need it and feel free to do the same for me if I waver (even a hefty kick up the backside!). How are you feeling today upndown? I hope less pain?
 
Not a lot of exercise for me today. Some housework. I am sitting with a coffee right now wondering if it is time for dinner. Not really feeling hungry so may leave it for an hour. Have some stuff to plant in the garden, perhaps will do that before dinner. Your food looking good cloudy, choko has some great recipes on her thread. Must catch up with her list.

Here's my food for today - going ok so far! Hope everyone else is on plan too!

Brunch : bacon and egg & fat free yog & berries
T: ham and cheese sarnie and a fat free yog with a few seeds & an orange
Snacks: half a crumpet with half a tsp jam (only had 1 in and shared with hubby!)

Hope that'll be it for today - I won't honk on the 100% thread till I go to bed tho!
 
Just seen this on another thread "what fits ur schedule better doing an hour's exercise OR being f** for 24 HOURS?

Mmmmm...... now there's question for u - pity exercise doesn't taste nicer tho'!!

Only joking - everyone please feel free to tell me straight I can take it :cry:lol!! Seriously tho' I've been messing about for too long now - so hope I lose this week - I've been on the scales and lost a pound so far - if that's right I'll be pleased esp after my binge - and 2 days to go to WI!

I'm taking tablets now which mask the pain - bit fed up of it - I've had it for weeks now - I'm sure tests will show something soon - thx for asking.
 
Hello everyone i need nagging too please have 4 weeks to go and must must get my act together. I really cant do the challenge though its too restrictive for me. I know i want results but i also want reality. I cant win can I?

That sheet was sent to me by Angwass when I first started but never worked out how to do it.
I am making a note on my phone at the moment with my sugars too so that I can transfer to a book with my best writing so I can speak to the diabetic nurse about. Hope I can keep on plan. It will be my 3rd honk today.
