Nefertari's journey to lose 130lbs

Just bought Lycra cycling gear in 18/20s and it fits! And I look good (even if I do say so myself)!

Job hunting is so stressful. There's just nothing about. :(

I've been thinking a lot lately about becoming a weight loss consultant - I really want to help people lose weight. I think if all goes well when I switch to a more 'normal' diet, that I'll seriously look into becoming a consultant for that diet.

What are you thinking of -- CD? Or running a weekly WW or SW class? My favourite class ever was Rosemary Conley! I don't know whether they have one in your area, this one I used to go to the leader did a great aerobics work-out every week. She really filled the hall and gave you huge discounts if you went twice a week. I'm just thinking if there was already lots of SW and WW, maybe RC would be a route in. With CD you need to ask your orginal CDC to sponsor you to apply, think you need a BMI under 30, and then you have to go on two one-day courses.

Just applied for a job with the DVLA - would be perfect! I need a full time wage pretty sharpish, hence the desperate job hunt. Plus I cannot express how much I want out of where I am now...

Fingers crossed for me, if you wouldn't mind, my lovelies! X

Only 1lb off this week but I'm not too disheartened as it's still 1lb closer to goal and I know I'll have a big loss next week. It's just infuriating when you've been 100% all week and drunk your water and still only lose 1lb. I could lose that (or more!) on a 'normal' diet. I had the veg allowance this week and it's given me stomach ache and constipation (TMI sorry!) so I'm going to knock that on the head again. Could be why I haven't lost much? Who knows...

Anyway, I'm going to plough on - hoping to hit that 4st lost mark next week! Only 1.5lbs to go now :D

Off to work soon :( Will update my ticker etc. when I get home xx

Re: Nefertari's Slim and Save diary

You'll definitely get there next week, unexplained small losses are usually followed by a nice big one!
