Only 1lb off this week but I'm not too disheartened as it's still 1lb closer to goal and I know I'll have a big loss next week. It's just infuriating when you've been 100% all week and drunk your water and still only lose 1lb. I could lose that (or more!) on a 'normal' diet. I had the veg allowance this week and it's given me stomach ache and constipation (TMI sorry!) so I'm going to knock that on the head again. Could be why I haven't lost much? Who knows...
Anyway, I'm going to plough on - hoping to hit that 4st lost mark next week! Only 1.5lbs to go now

What veg have you been having? Have you ever had this reaction to vegetables before?
