Nellylou -2 stone to go! I can do it with SW

So operation lose 2 pounds this week is underway. This week I have a work evening out which involves indoor sky diving :eek: then a meal somewhere on the way home.. could be a problem area for me so will have to remain focussed.
Planning on a swim tmrw and a walk with my sister, Thursday swim and aerobics and bike ride at the weekend.


Today is Green!

(B) Shreddies with milk (heb and hea) and a banana
(L) Ryvita (3 syns) and light philly (3 syns)
Raspberries. Deli noodle box (2.5)
(D) Jacket pot with beans and cheese (hea2) 2 meatfree burgers (1)

Nelly, all that food sounds so amazing!! Seeing as you burnt off over 1000 on your bike ride, it could be worse! And well done on getting a pound off :) x

It was nice but I went over the top, ended up feeling a bit sick :( I enjoyed it at the time though :rolleyes: sore legs and bum today after my bike ride, but no pain no gain - really need to tone my legs up for my holiday! x

Im feeling hungry today.. going out with work tonight to an indoor sky diving thing, must say im a bit nervous. Its going to be a rush to get there and then we are going to grab some food on the way back (this part makes me worried) have no idea where we will be stopping and what type of food it will be and I dont like this!

Ooh indoor skydiving is supposed to be great fun! I'm sure you'll love it! And I'm sure you'll make good choices wherever you end up stopping for dinner too :)

I'm taking my mum to see George Michael at Earls Court tonight so we'll be rushing too. I've got a mug shot in the cupboard ready as that's probably all I'll have time for before we shoot off. Must make sure I've got an Alpen Light in my handbag to keep me going!

Im going to have a really filling lunch and take a banana and either some ryvita minis or alpen light in my bag just incase I cant make good choices, although I do plan too.

I'd be scared too, at the thought of it, but it's one of those things you will love once you get going and you won't want it to end! :)
 
So flying was a weird experience, we had 2 sessions of 1 minute 40 seconds - the first time I got out after about 20 seconds in a panic and the 2nd time I managed about 40 seconds - I really wasnt sure about it, but glad that I did it :rolleyes: after that we had to decide where to eat and it was looking like Nandos (good choice) or Harvester (good choice) and then it ended up being Frankie and Bennys!!! wasnt happy at all but turned out ok - had King prawns for strater (no dressing) and a citrus chicken salad for main which had all free but an olive oil dressing which I used as second HEB - Also had 2 malibu and diet coke which I used 8 syns on. Very happy with my choices :D

Excellent food choices yesterday, my lovely. And how exciting about flying! I do quite like the idea of it...we actually brought our friend a voucher for his 40th to go and try it. Don't think he's been yet though!

p.s. George was #amazeballs!!
 
Im starting to get the weigh day nerves! really really want a 2lbs loss this week but think I will be lucky with a pound as just dont feel slimmer this week :(
Went swimming last night for the forst time in over a week and feel shattered! was really hard work, want to try and go tonight as well but not sure I will make it.

Fancy a green day but scared to do one so close to weigh in...I really want slimming world chips :rolleyes:

It's a shwartz packet mix - cook chicken in the bag with butternut squash and red onion, sprinkle herbs from packet in, cook for 40-45 mins and its really tasty. I don't know the syns but similar seem to be 5 syns so as I have half count 2.5. It's def worth a try x

So think today is going to have to be a green day - all money in our joint account has gone on extras this month and yesterday realised we were overdrawn! Means I have to use what we have in the cupboards and freezer :(

Feeling anxious about weigh in - really hungry after my bike ride but don't want to eat anything more than planned (have my fibre plus and hot choc for a bit later this evening) scared I'm not going to lose anything this week :(

Going to watch a film in a bit and snuggle up on the sofa
