So operation lose 2 pounds this week is underway. This week I have a work evening out which involves indoor sky diving then a meal somewhere on the way home.. could be a problem area for me so will have to remain focussed.
Planning on a swim tmrw and a walk with my sister, Thursday swim and aerobics and bike ride at the weekend.
