Brekkie sounds lovely! I'm having LM sausages for dinner tonight (I think).

Half off does seem unfair after a good week :( Keep going though - if it catches up then you'll be in for a mega loss next week! x

Hope so although last night was BAD so will be happy with half off again this week. Also weighing in a day early as going out on Sat pm x

Need to work really hard this week, going to aim between 5-10 syns a day and exercise every day. Still thinking that Green is going to have to be the way forward as boyf doesnt get paid till Friday and need to use what we have before spending. Dont have any fresh fruit or veg though.... :(

(S) Frozen berrys with muller greek (0.5)

Syns 2.5 - had about 100 yesterday do not worried

Green days are brilliant at the end of the month, aren't they! We're going to have a bit of a freezer eat-down I think!

I'm going to do minimal syns all week as we're out on Friday and Saturday and I want to be able to have some pudding and some wine! Hoping if I keep it below 5, I should be fine. If I do green/red, the HEXs mean I won't need so many syns so I shouldn't feel deprived of treats. Or at least that's the plan!!

You are SO good with all your exercise hun! I'm such a nightmare in comparison - I'm so tired when I get in from work, I just can't bring myself to do it! I'm hoping to get to target around Christmas time so come January I'm going to start the shred again to tone me up and hopefully help me maintain.

Good luck for the week ahead :) xx

See I used to hate exercise but now if I don't do it i really miss it - walked at lunchtime but just couldn't face the shred when I got home. I may leave it till I'm at target as well, it didn't help me to lose weight but def toned me up. Did you complete it when you did it before?
I'm finding it quite difficult doing green days, feel really bloated and tempted to just give in and go to tesco and buy lots of food for red but I won't (Boyf won't let me anyway) I know it's only Monday but already really can't wait for the weekend, feel like I've been dragging myself to work the last few weeks.
I find having the extra b choice on red and green great, usually a cereal bar does the job if I'm in need of a sweet fix

Boring list of stuff in cupboards and freezer:

Pasta
Beans
Peas
Choc weetabix
Canned steak in gravy
Chickpeas
Eggs
Cheese
Milk
Mushrooms
Pots
Salad
Chicken tikka skewers
mashed carrot and swede
Fish fingers
Bread
Frozen berries
Pork faggots :/
2 lm sausages (2 syns each)
Meat free chicken style fillets
Rice fusions

Hmmmm, written down doesn't seem to bad - may get a red day out of this...

I did 10 days of the shred, then went away with work and never got back on it!

I enjoy green days when I need some comfort food but I know what you mean. I feel much lighter when I do reds! Good range of stuff in your cupboards to keep you going this week though! I'm gonna try not to shop either - just need to have a rummage in the freezer and see what we have!xx

Hello lovely,

Hope you're not stressing too much about weekend foodage? I've managed to draw a line under my rather naughty evening last night and am trying to be philosophical about the weekend too. I figure I'll just ruin an amazing weekend if I spend the whole thing freaking about food - I just need to focus on how far I have come so far and if I don't get to target by Christmas, then it really isn't the end of the world.

Every time I read your signature, I can't believe you've lost over 5 stone - it's totally amazing!! You are such an inspiration! xx
