Blimey 9 syns - oh dear

Hey hun, just had a catch up of your diary...

Re target and you feeling down n stuff. When you were 5 stone heavier did you lose, say 2lbs at WI and think 'ooooh I'm never going to get to target' or 'it's going to take so long, when will I get there'??

Probably not. You more than likely thought 'AWESOME!! I'm 2lbs lighter!'. And that's how we should still be thinking - especially because we are that much closer to target! Every loss is fantastic and sometimes you need to put that target weight to the back of your head for a minute and just think about how you felt at that starting weight and the journey you've had.

You have done fantastically well and you need to remind yourself that you have done that, no one else. And yeah, you will have had bad days or weeks but then again, haven't we all?!

Food is looking great (shame about the high syn quorn pot thing but hey, still a good syn total for the day) and you should start to look forward to your hols :)

Sorry for the ramble! Xxx

Thanks for the "ramble" makes total sense - have been feeling a lot more positive. Tried on a few holiday dresses and feel good, looking forward to letting my hair down and just having a nice relaxing time :) thanks for popping in xx

Those quorn pots are a lot higher than you'd think - I had the pasta bolognase on the other day and it was nice but not 5 syns nice!

I had the innocent vegetable dhal pot today though and that was 5.5 syns nice - so tasty!

Aww hope you had fun yesterday. Both my Nan's are 91 and they're so wonderful. I saw one of them on Wednesday and she told me I was 'skinny' - love her :D

Still so pleased about your loss this week. My scales are looking hopeful for WI tomorrow. I'm poised and ready for a 100% week. xx
