Aw, Kit Kat chunkys are just too nice to be left! I keep wanting to buy a multipack while they are cheap but I don't trust myself to have them in the house! Especially the choc fudge flavour - yum! x

Today is going to be a green day, also need to do some exercise. Thinking walk at lunch even though its been snowing on and off all day it doesnt seem to have settled and then going to go for a swim later this evening before tea.

Green:

(B) 2 Alpen light lemon drizzle (heb) raspberries
(hea) for tea

(L) sushi (2.5)
muller (0.5) more raspberries and 15g of all bran golden crunch (3)

(D) Chickpea dhal, cheese (hea2) ww petit pain (heb2)

Update: to cold to go out on my bike and go swimming so did my aerobics when I got in. Also did a 40 min walk at lunch in the wind/snow so happy with today

I might not be able to make weigh in on Thursday as the girl I usually go with who drives us there is off so I may weigh at home instead.. It's my birthday Friday and planning a bit of an off plan day so may weigh Friday morning. Hmmmmm

Also have appointment at fertility clinic on Tuesday (next week) and they weigh me to make sure my bmi still below 30 - I know it is but I do gain easily after a day or 2 off plan so think I need to weigh Friday morning, enjoy my birthday and then get straight back in it (preferably on red days) until Tuesday. Needed to write that down to get it straight as been worrying about it..

I'm still up from Xmas, stupid as we are mid march!! :-o
 
sneaky peak on the scales this morning showing an unexpected gain! :cry: grrr, know I shouldnt be scale hopping but i like to check in. Hopefully it will be down again by weigh in, must be retaining water or something.

Anyway, food.

hmmmmmmmmm, thats potato twice in 1 day - may look at changing this.

Agreed! Just keep at it and stop scale hopping!!

As for potato twice in one day, that's ok y'know? But if you're not feeling having it then why not swap the mash for mashed swede or bns? Xx

Hope you have a lovely birthday Friday! as I'm new here I haven't followed your story.. but RE your app Tues, how important is it, is it a.. if your BMI is OK it's all go? or just a check in? if your worried I'd maybe try to be on plan on your birthday and celebrate Wednesday instead..either way I really hope it goes well!

Hey :) thanks, got the day off so just looking forward to that to be honest as works a drag at the mo.
I should be fine. Last time it was checked my bmi was 27 I've gained a few pounds since then but no more than half a stone so shouldn't be more than 28 when I get weighed on Tuesday - its just me panicking! planning to do lots of exercise too! :) its when they give us (well me) all the drugs I need to start IVF, nerve wracking!

I can't describe how much I love the new kit kat chunky fudge :p 13 syns so not too bad for a treat every now and then (as long as you only have the one!) x
 
Potato twice in a day sounds like good winter comfort food! Night treat myself to that one day this week!

Enjoyed my 2 potatoes and don't feel bloated so all good :) have you been trying a green day every week or so? X
 
Not dared have even one yet! Had rice at the weekend and felt crap as usual after it - but I love rice & potatoes!!!! Might allow a green this weekend ;)

When I used to do mainly reds I was real scared of green days, once I had pasta for tea and weighed the next day and had lost! So not as scared of them now, usually have half red half green :) x

Wow, it's all happening for you - so excited! What happens next after this appointment then once you have the drugs? Sorry if you don't know and I'm being all crazy, I'm a) all excited for you and b) interested about what happens when so I have an idea for when it's me and husband's turn.

Really glad you're not having to wait - its all stressful enough without long waiting times and you've waited so long already. Waiting just six months is killing me off, I swear and there will be more waiting after the next appointment I'm sure.

Also, kit kat fudge is the best thing ever. Srsly! Think I may have one on thurs after WI if I actually manage to lose some weight this week :/ xxx
