Nellylou -2 stone to go! I can do it with SW

Hey girls, thanks for all the birthday wishes :) had a great day yesterday, drunk way too much and ate LOTS of chocolate! Back on it today, been out shopping with my mum this morning so lots of walking around and im also planning on a swim at 5.00.

Today is going to be a red day (inspired by minkys delicious looking day) was planning on having the same tea but no celeriac in asda! (Boooooo) so change of plan:

(B) costa (hea) 4 cocktail Quorn sausages (2)
Apple

(L) sausage (4) sarnie, (heb) low low (part hea2) Tom sauce (1)
Pineapple

(D) chicken kebab (heb2) coleslaw (2) butternut squash chips, cheese (part hea2)

(S) wispa ice cream (6)

Syns 15

Got really hungry so had a muller greek for (0.5) so total 15.5 - not bad for a Saturday :)

45 min swim = 578 cals burnt!!!
 
Dinner was lovely, rubbish pic but very, very tasty. Better than a takeaway (Boyfs words, he had oven chips rather than butternut squash)

Woke up at 11.30 today, can't believe it! Must have needed the sleep.
Just watched a carry on film and now deciding what to do with the day, it's pretty miserable outdoors and have homework that needs to be done plus lots of forms that need to be completed by appointment on Tuesday so will prob just stay in today. Bought a new muffin tin yesterday so going to make some sw mini quiches in them in a bit :) don't know what to have for dinner, was going to have gammon but can't be bothered with tescos today so will have to have a root around in the cupboards/freezer.

Red day

(L) salad and mini quiches (hea)
Latte (hea2)

(D) Irish stew and broccoli

(S) wispa ice cream (6) Special K chewy (heb2) minstrels (12)

Today im hungry, have just eaten 2 mini quiches and im still going to need my cereal when ive drunk my tea. Usually when im hungry it means im loosing weight but this doesnt seem to be the case this week :eek: im scarily close to BMI 30 and its freaking me out for my appointment tomorrow

Early night sounds like an amazing idea!
I swear I weigh heavier when I'm knackered!
 
when i wear my fitbit to bed i burned an average of 650 cals a night so the more sleep i get the better hehe
im starving this week aswell... just want all food... think buying that squirty cream was a mistake because i just want to eat it all... hope tomo goes well for you :D xx

Yep me too, which is surprising as slept loads this weekend and still weighed heavy yesterday and today..

I had a couple of bowls of it and squirted it straight in to my mouth from the fridge.. Can't be trusted. Going for a walk now to try and hold off my hunger pangs xx

Im just worried as i weighed quite heavy this morning and really bloated and def retaining water.. I just got somne aqua bain from Tesco (hope they work) im also trying not to eat anything salty today.
