New diary-I'm going to class!!

Didn't really scare me but she pulled the covers off and it was cold!LOL!!
Just beenn reading that you didn't get any joy with head office yesterday-really carp! And about the green tea-I quite like it nad think I've got some so guess what I'm going to be drinking today!!
 
No just the plain. Had a mug with my dinner-hope its burning off the potatoes!! Think its a bit of an aquired taste!
 
Didn't have to email my C, she rang this afternoon and I had the longest conversation I've had with her so far-she didn't have a reason why I'd put on though-went through time of month etc-I didn't tell her that I thought her scales were wrong!LOL!! Anyhow it was quite nice to have a chat and I've assured her that I'm not giving up-I've paid for 12 weeks and I'm damn well going to get them-especially after Roziee's experience.
Walking in the snow has made me hungry-can't wait for my tea!!
 
I like food like that. Hubby doesn't so I never make it... Would be lovely with the cheese scones as dumplings.. Put them about 15 minutes before serving so they can take in all the yummy juices...

These were sooooo yummy Roziee!! Feel a bit bad having them but only had a small jacket potato and more than half the plate was SF-really fuul now but got some more in the oven to have with my salad lunch tomorrow instead of bread.

D-warm gammon, new potatoes, hard boiled egg, enormous salad-lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, grated carrot,onion, beetroot, salad cream.
T-Goulash(v.lean beef, tinned toms, onion, mushroom, celery, red pepper, garlic, paprika, tomato puree) with small jacket potato, 3 small SW cheese scones (smash, egg, cottage cheese), sprouts, carrot, leek. Mullerlight with cherry under layer.

Syns-salad cream-2, (counted 1 for scones-they are virtually free but they felt naughty!!), mullerlight-1.5. Total syns-4.5. weekly-25/45.
 
Okay today;
Hex A-375mls skimmed milk.
Hex B--2 alpen lights.

B-coffee. alpen light-failed miserably on the SF-just cant eat it at 6am.
L-gammon, boiled egg, lettuce, cucumbe, tomatoes, grated carrot, 3 small (golf ball sized) SW cheese scones, salad cream.
T-Beef curry with LO stew and goulash-(v.lean beef, tinned tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, red pepper, celery, carrot, curry powder) with rice and ff yogurt.
Supper-cup of tea with alpen bar, 2 timeouts for a lovely chocolatey treat.
Syns-salad cream-1.5, 2 timeouts-9 = 10.5. Weekly 35.5/60.

Yeah I can't do SF at breakfast. I don't want to have fruit in the morning or a cooked breakfast when I'm working.. Just cereal or alpenhorn light like you with a cup of coffee x

D-leftover beef and veg curry, rice, tomatoes, cucumber, ff yogurt,slice of bread.
T-lamb steak (all fat removed), soy sauce, garlic, frylighted sauted potatoes, carrots, roasted veg-onion, mushroom, green pepper, courgette, more garlic (they're going to love me at work tomorrow!!!).
Syns-not had any yet and still have alpen bar to eat for my supper. May have a chocolatey treat-will update tomorrow.

Just had 2 timeouts-what a piggy but they were lovely.
So todays syns are 9. 44.5/75-I think!!
 
hi helen sorry i haven't been on here much the last few days have been hiding lol, been a bit of a pig :eek: i am starting w/w tonight as i can no longer get to my s/w group :cry:it will be interesting to see how i get on am going to tesco's in a bit to stock up on some w/w goodies will probably buy a lot of their ready meals and add loads of veg to them (will need it cause there's not a lot to them ha ha) when i get to grips with it will cook from scratch :rolleyes: as always you look like ur well on track :) have a good day xx
p.s tomato puree is now free x

Right today so far-my last day at work for 5 days-yey I get an extra hour in bed tomorrow!!!

T-E L mince made into bolognese with tined toms, onions, mushrooms, grated carrot, grated courgette, tomato puree, garlic with spaghetti and 1 tbsp parmesan cheese. Had this with a bowl of salad-lettuce, cucumber, onion, lots of orange pepper and FF vinegrette.
Syns-salad cream-2, parmesan-1.5. Only 3.5 so far. Msay have a treat in a bit. Been to a meeting at school-might just take a mug of tea to bed as I'm pretty tired!!
So weekly so far-48/90. Doesn't seem like much does it? Just don't want to have gained again on friday.
 
Had a timeout last night-4.5 syns, so weekly is 52.5/90.
Need some exercise of some sort today-will be driving up to school as DD is on antibiotics for a chest infection and I don't want her doing the steep hill in freezing weather. Think I'll be doing a video. Did buy 30day shred months ago-its still in its packaging some where and I have a zumba dvd I've not looked at so I'll try and find time for one of them. Got to do it now I've put it on here!!!
 
Just realised that today is the last day of 4 weeks since I started and I'm still sticking to the plan-this is a real achievement for me in recent years because I've always given up by now!!!

Failed miserably with the planned exercise, but walked round town in frozen rain for at least 30 minutes looking for something that I didn't find.
Anyhow food has gone to plan today-think I've had at least 1/2 superfree.

S-ham, bread, cucumber, grapes.Green tea.
T-EL mince with stockcube, onion, grated carrot, celery,grated courgette topped with mashed potato, swede and carrot mixed with some ff cottage cheese to make shepherds pie. Served with peas, cabbage, leek and cauliflower.
Syns-mayo-1.5.
Will need to have more syns unless I go to bed pretty soon but its WI tomorrow morning. I've got myself one of those nice profiterole desserts from waitrose but they are 15 syns. I'm thinking about having it tomorrow after WI and flexi synning it.
So weekly syns so far-54/105.
