Lost 3 1/2 lbs today. Really chuffed!!
Planning a celebratory fry(light)up for lunch!!!
 
OMG I'm full now-think I'll have to go and have a sleep!!!
 
Decided to write down today now.

Hex A-375mls skimmed milk.
Hex B-2 small WM bread.

B-coffee.
S-apple (at class after WI)
L-bacon, sains BGTY cumberland sausage, 2 eggs, baked beans, 2 big tomatoes, 6 big mushrooms, lots of frylight. Lovely profiterole dessert from waitrose-what a treat!!
T-Lo shepherds pie from yesterday with leek, cabbage, cauliflower and peas. Lots of SF in pie (probaly at least 1/2 of it).
I have a mullerlite-orange with choc sprinkles in the fridge so may have that if I need a sweet treat.

Syns-1 sausage-0.5. Profiterole dessert-15.5 and worth every one of them so long as its a very occasional treat.
So 16/15.
 
Just made some red pepper houmous and its yummy. Added a teaspoon of tahini paste so its 1.5 syns for the whole lot. A good serving will be 1/3 of it so 0.5 syns.
It tastes much better than my last attempt when I added far too much garlic-forgetting that it was raw LOL!!
 
Saturday 11th feb so far-
Hex A-375mls s milk.
Hex B-not had yet.

B-coffee.
D-warm, freshly cooked ham-yummy, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, spring onion, grated carrot, beetroot, less than 1/4 sachet waitrose couscous, smidgen of hm houmous to try it (still a bit garlicky!!) light salad cream. Orange and choc sprinkles mullerlight.
T-plan is to turn the other days lo bolognese into chilli with chilli powder, kidney beans and some more tinned tomatoes and have it with a jacket potato and salad.

I've bought some oats so simple and so have magic pancakes mixture steeping in the fridge for tomorrow morning-hope I like them.
 
Just had a 30 minute brisk walk. Forgot to put my potato in the oven so will have wedges instead-yummy!!!
 
My tea was lovely and I'm sure I've had far too much!!
I added onions, mushrooms, green pepper, tinned tomatoes, toomato puree, kidney beans, chilii powder and garlic to the lo bolognese which was at least 1/2 SF to start with. I did 2 small/medium potatoes into wedges and had 1/2 a heaped dinner plateful of lettuce, tomato, celery, cucumber, orange pepper, shredded cabbage and a little lo grated carrot. I mixed 1 tbsp ligt mayo with 2 tbsp of EL mayo and had a bit of FF natural yogurt on the chilli as it was a bit spicey.
So syns so far-salad cream and couscous-2.5. Mayo mixture-3. 5.5 but its early yet. Oh but I haven't had my Hex B so might have alpens later instead of a synned treat.
Weekly-22/30.
Need to keep the syns as low as I can on 'normal' days this week as we are sure to be going out to eat with friends on at least one day of the holidays-I've been looking at syns for mcd's and pizza hut and think it'll have to be a salad from mcd's, or back to our town after cinema or swimming or a walk to go to weatherspoon where I have a few lowish syn options.
 
Oh dear I was BAD last night. Very silly as I wasn't hungry. DD's LO pizza and some twirl bites. I don't want to syn them as it'll put me off for the week so I'm drawing a line and carrying on today.
However I really don't feel like my pancake and fruit breakfast so will have it for bunch aroud 11 I think.
Oooh feel a bit better now-perhaps confession is good for you.

It definitely feels better confessing!

Drink lots of water and SF foods and you'll have a nice loss xx
 
Hi Hunny-yep thats the plan. I've just been looking at threads about sucess express and will try and do a couple of days of that too. Looks like I won't be having any fries with my salad at mcd's now!!! Was already not looking forward to WI as will be going thursday teatime instead of friday morning this week. Oh well never mind.
 
Just had my oaty pancakes-they were lovely. I've only had just over half the mix and that was plenty with 3 big strawberries, a banana, and a handful each of grapes and blueberries-as much fruit as I normally eat in a week!!! They'd be really nice with a bit of bacon as well.
If I eat again before roast dinner at mums tonight I'll have my HM houmous with veg crudites-that'll up the SF too.
 
Just watched level one of shred-OMG I'm exhausted just watching!! DD (7) thinks we're starting tomorrow-its gonna kill me!!!

Brunch-magic oaty pancakes (oats so simple, toffee mullerlight, 3 small eggs, pinch baaking powder, tbsp sweetner), 3 big strawberries, banana, grapes, blueberries.
Snack-HM houmous, slice of ham, 2 very large sticks of celery.
Tea-lean roast lamb, frylighted potatoes, parsnips, carrots, cabbage, broccoli, leek and sprouts with gravy. Oooh it was yummy and looked to be 2/3 SF.
Syns-houmous-0.5. Gravy-5.
Total-5.5. 27.5/45 (apart from last nights misadventure!!!).
 
OMG how hard is shred!!!
I was worn out after the warmup, managed the 1st circuit but then did the cooldown and my legs are like jelly! Think it'll take me a fortnight to get day one level one completed!!!
Might try zumba this afternoon-might be a bit gentler.
My scales show a loss this morning but then DD got on-shes 3 stone 10. Tall, slim and big boned and hard to carry for any length of time but the weight I want to lose is more than her-really makes you realise how hard your body is working carting all the excess around.

Todays plan is coffee(just cooling), breakfast of some sort, cinema with an alpen bar as a snack, McD's for grilled chicken and bacon salad at 1.5 syns. Tea will be 1/2 syn sausages with gravy, roasties and loads of veg.
 
Can't believe I've been to McD's and actually had a salad!!! It was quite nice-but boy DD's chicken nuggets looked good!!
 
Monday 13th feb food:
Hex A-37mls skimmed milk.
Hex B-1/2 oats so simple, 1 alpen light.

B-coffee, magic oaty pancakes, melon, banana, grapes, blueberries, 2 big stawberries.
D-McD's grilled chicken salad with 1/2 sachet (23 cals for whole sachet-v little fat) balsamic dressing, diet coke.
T-3 sains BGTY cumberland sausages, gravy containing mushrooms, onions, stock cube, gravy granules. Frylighted roast potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, mashed swede and carrot, cranberry sauce-a lovely tasty tea.
S-alpen bar.

Syns-McD's salad and dressing-1.5 (syns for salads online include bacon which I didn't have and that was 1.5 so hopefully my estimate includes the dressing. Sausages-1.5. Gravy-2. 1 tbsp cranberry sauce-1.5. total-6.5. Weekly 34/60.
 
It was HARD!! Especially as the bloke who served us gave her 8 instead of 4. Good thing she was hungry and wanted them all!!
