I think its because I'll be WI on thursday night instead of friday morning so will be heavier and will probably out for lunch on wednesday with no knowledge of menu as its the cafe at a museum. I'm hoping there will be salad or jacket potato and will take some diet mayo and fruit with me-but I really don't want to have put on at WI.
 
I was horrified to discover that a chicken legend with mayo is 27.5 syns and thats without the large fries and the mcflurry I would normally have had!!!

B-coffee.
D-couscous, cucumber, orange pepper, red onion, large tomato, mayo mix.
T-4 sainsburys bgty cumberland sausages, medium jacket potato, spoonful of ff cottage cheese, gravy as yesterday, onions, mushrooms, cabbage, carrot, swede, cauliflower, cranberry sauce.
Syns-mayo-1.5, couscous-0.5, sausages-2,gravy-2, cranberry sauce-1.
Total-7. Weekly 51/75.
 
Hi helen i will be getting a bit of exercise now, my daughters sold her car so will be walking every where :-( ive even offered to walk to work with her at 7am eeek will be 4 miles there and back, i dont know why i worry she is 26 lol, she will be moving out end of march so it wont be for long and i need to push myself a bit more hope u have a good week xx
 
Oh dear- I have synned!!
Went to Kirkstall abbey museum which was great for the kids and really good value with a family ticket. We were eating in the cafe there and I had assumed it would have jacket potatoes and salads so had taken my mayo. But it didn't-everything was full of syns so I plumped for a burger, in a bun with chunky chips and rocket salad (plus DD's rocket salad-so SF was good!!), with a yummy relish and some ketchup. I've synned it at the max for the items in the online syn calculator and it looks to be 30 syns-whoops!!! It was very nice though. I'll have as much SF as possible for tea-not that hungry yet-probabaly ham salad and fruit.
So my syns before my tea are now 81/90. So much for losing tomorrow evening. I'll be happy with a STS now!!

I've lost 0.5lb which I'm ok about-though very hungry-only had an apple, my coffee and an alpen bar all day. Having the chicken biryani out of the most recent mag for tea in aminute-it smells divine!!!
 
Hi helen well done on ur loss 1 pack butter ;) i eat my 3 meals b4 weigh in thought if i started doing it the first week i could just carry on the same & it won't make any difference to my loses i hated it b4 went most of day not eating and was starving lol. hope u have a good weekend xx
 
It was yummy!! Though a little scented sort of flavour, I'd probably reduce the cardamon next time. It was to serve 4 and theres loads left-will have for tea tomorrow and freeze the rest I think. I had it with lots of cucumber and 2 large tomatoes. Also had some naan that DD didn't want-naughty but thats me done for the day, apart from green tea.
Now can I lose 3lbs in the next 7 days to make it a stone lost next week?????

Hi Val-love the thought that I've lost a pack of butter!!!
I haven't had much time to eat today anyway and didn't feel too bad until we got out of the car to go into the church where the class is and smelt the fish and chip shop across the road-don't think I could be a regular thursday evening meeting with that tempting smell every week!!!
 
I would have given u my recipe for biryaani.. Much nicer than the magazine :p I don't like cardamom pods... Well done on the loss!

D-ham, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, boiled egg, celery, onion, orange pepper, couscous, salad cream.
T-SW chciken biryani, cucumber, tomato, morrisons garlic and coriander naan bread.

Syns-couscous-0.5, salad cream-1.5, naan bread-10.5. Total 12.5/15.

Bought some of the choc philly and was going to have some until the naan bread beckoned, so will work it into tomorrow somehow.
I've got some mince out of the freezer for tomorrow and am going to go trawling for recipes-see if anything takes my fancy, other wise it'll be shepherds pie but would like something different.
 
Ooh Rozie how would you make kebabs?
