Not long to weigh in now!! Fingers crossed for the half pound, i'l be really disappointed if I don't get it!

Food today:
B: 2 scrambled eggs. coffee
L: was at my sisters and she made me banana on toast. The toast could be Bx2 as it was wholemeal but from a big loaf. I would need to syn the spread (estimating 5?) and then she mashed the banana. Just checked the book and seen mashed banana is 5 syns!!!! I always knew it was synned but never that high!
D: soup/stew with some quorn meatballs
S: bag of french fries (4), rocky road (3)

Only had the crisps and hifi after checking the syns for lunch. Probably wouldn't have had them if I knew the banana and spread would be so high. Shocking how high something which you would assume to be healthy is! :eek:
I hadn't planned for it since my sis only rang this morning looking me to mind the baby while she got stuff done. Ended up being from 11 till after half 4. Time just flew today!!

Anyway, will update later after weigh in :fingerscrossed:
 
Thanks :) No secret, made more of an attempt to drink more each day. Also kept my syns low the first few days so when I went slightly over I didn't worry about it!

Hoping for another loss next week but if I do it will most likely be small. The week after will be a gain since I'll have my brother's leaving party and niece's christening!

I ended up definitely going over HEBs yesterday as had a peanut hifi after group. Also a wee bit of ginger cake with butter on it!

Had planned to really stick to plan today but ended up going shopping with my mum and sister. They were looking dresses for next weeks christening. Ended up going out for lunch. Why can't places do baked potatoes??? Choices were soup, sandwiches/wraps/paninis or hot food. I went for soup. Was lovely but I know it wouldn't have been syn free. Plus the options with it were wheaten bread or a white roll.

Also went to sainsburys cos I've ran out of sausages. Ended up spending near £50!! We spent that in tesco on Sunday :S Plus got a new pair of shoes and bag for the christening :)

B: omelette with onion, tomato and halloumi (half B)
L: roast red pepper and onion soup. 1 slice of wheaten with tiny bit of spread (? syns though I know wheaten is high :( )
S: 2 oranges, 2 Bear YoYos (half B- seen these on SW website the other day, so got them today. Sort of like fruit winders.)
D: quorn fillet, baked sweet potato and loads of roasted veg (carrot, parsnip, tomato, red onion and garlic)
 
Snacked last night on 5 cornthins (B) and a bowl of small orange segments and grapes covered in mandarin mullerlight.

Went though some of the old SW mags for some food ideas. It would've been better if I had done that before going food shopping but really wanted to get that out of the way so I don't have to leave the house till this evening. Was feeling guilty for leaving the dogs so long on their own on Weds and yesterday when I'm off work.

Anyway, food ideas I got are:
-Cowboy hot pot (changing the mince to quorn)
-Veggie campfire casserole
-Sticky sausages
-Veggie burgers
-Sweet potato curry
-Lancashire hotpot (changing the lamb to the quorn lamb pieces I know are hiding somewhere in my freezer, got them ages ago but have never tried them)

Think I might do an success express day today since I bought so much veg yesterday. Might have salmon then since I've some in the freezer but haven't cooked any for months! If I'm doing that then I think it will be fruit for breakfast (just had my coffee so far this morning), salad for lunch and salmon and roasted veg for dinner. Looking at the food ideas, I should probably try the two hotpots before OH gets back on Sunday as he can't eat quorn cos too high protein. Really want to try the sweet potato curry but could leave that to when he's home as he might like that too.

Right, I'm going to turn the laptop off, I've been awake since half 8 and most of the time since has been online either on this or my phone. Plan today is tidy my house! I've been a bit lazy on it the past few days!!
 
Oh I've been so so so so bad :(

After being so good during the day on Friday I just blew it. I don't really know why. I keep doing this, have a few really good weeks on plan and then binge. I was down at Grannys on Friday and just started eating loads there and continued when I got home that night. Thought I would start again on Saturday but just ate junk all day yesterday. I actually am ashamed over what I ate yesterday. It was just non stop all day. It probably would be well over 100 syns just yesterday!!

So, looking at a big gain on Weds. Stood on my mums scales this afternoon and its showing at round 11 stone (don't know exactly as hers are not digital.)

Back on track today, am pretty disappointed with myself.
 
I hope so! Yes I've been completely back on track today :) usually it would take me to weigh in to get back on track but I've never had a day as bad as yesterday. That should be it out of the system for another while! (I'm hoping)

Food today:
B: Coffee and fruit
L: Soup (mix of tomato, pepper and carrot!), Orange
D: Sweet potato curry and rice. Was really nice, will definitely make this again
S: Last of the rice and sime curry.

No syns today plus no healthy extras apart from milk in a few coffees. I'l get a hifi bar later if I want one

*Just had a peanut hifi (B) and cup of tea. Also nibbled on some pinepple :)

Last day off work today :( Feeling really heavy this morning, so will be drinking plenty of juice today! Already had my coffee. Bit late for breakfast so will probably get soup with ryvita for lunch. Think I'll try the hotpot for dinner. Although do it in 2 pots and have the quorn lamb pieces in mine and sausages in OHs since he can't eat quorn or lamb! Still have a portion of the sweet potato curry in the fridge too, will probably take that for lunch tomorrow.

Right need to do something, don't want to spend the day sitting about!
 
I was expecting a gain but nowhere near that much!! It's gave me a good kick up the backside to stay away from junk this week! Although I do have my brothers leaving party and nieces christening this weekend. Il make the best choices I can cos I really don't want another gain. Think I would be happy enough with a maintain.

I've started off well this week. No snacking after weigh in and then fruit for breakfast. Lunch was speed soup and 2 ryvita and dairylea. Dinner was more soup and some jelly (0.5 syns). Starving now though. On my way home from doing a massive shop at tesco so will get something when I get back.
 
Dinner was poached smoked hake with champ, green beans and white wine sauce. Absolutely beautiful but maybe high on syns, the champ was very creamy! Good thing though I did say no to dessert! Bad thing was my sister pulled out a cup of sweets from her bag she had for travelling. It was full of pick and mix. I did resist it for ages and then finally had 2 giant strawberries and a fizzy cola bottle and then moved the cup out of my reach! Could have been worse though!

Wee brothers leaving party tonight, I'm not drinking though so can have a syn free day today. Tomorrow is the christening so out for dinner again tomorrow. To the same place we were last night so I'l be having some sort of fish dish again. I will try my best to resist dessert again but they do do a great belgian waffle with ice cream and toffee sauce. Wonder how many syns would be in that....

Anyway. Only had coffee so far today. Will get some fruit and then I'm planning on making some veggie burgers for lunch. It's another recipe from an old SW mag. Hoping they will be nice. The last 2 recipes I tried (sweet potato curry and lancashire hotpot) were really really nice and will definitely be making them again. OH agrees too!
