new start, we have let things slip

yesterday went well and this morning have been to an early spinning class. off to work now. hopefully will stick to shakes and green tea at work today :). anyone seen Bren? Is she ok? FB its almost weigh in for you. have you started the shakes? x
 
good luck with weigh in today FB. I had a dvd night last night so lots of forbidden foods!! im expecting a 1lb loss this week and i will be satisfied. Hope youre all well x
 
i am managing very well maintaining my weight, pity i do not want to sts, i want it to move downwards, 1lb is all i have lost in the month of may.i eat more at the weekend than i admit to myself that i do and then complain that i have not lost, so am going to be extra good and honest with myself and see how i go. if it does not work out ok will start on the shakes the following week.
 
maintaining is better than putting on and sometimes I think the body needs to do that as less likely to put back on. Im off to a bums, legs and tum class but m not feeling too great but thought better doing something than nothing. I will be on the shakes on and off this week and im hoping to carry on with a salad every other day where possible. can only try eh!? :)
 
back to pre holiday weight!! this will prove to be a hard week for me as really want to get below 11st 12lbs by next weigh in. Good luck for the week ahead x
 
so pleased that you got those 2lbs off, you have been very good with all your classes, i am still walking to and from work every day and trying to go on to the biggest loser a couple of times a week to do the core workout. i can but try. i would love to hit 10 stones xxx before holidays but that would mean 5lbs in 5 weeks and my track record is not the best at the moment.
 
what do you weigh now? are you only 5lbs away from 10stone or have i misread your post?! dont lose hope as look at how far we have come so far. lets aim for a continued pound a week. Today i have had one slimfast, a huge tuna salad with cottage cheese and fruit (grapes and apples) and yoghurt. I did 30 mins in gym and then a 45 min spinning class where i sweated buckets so must be doing some good. fluid wise...hmmm. about 400mls in the gym and a 250ml glass of diet coke. Does the slimfast count as my fluid intake? :p
 
i am 11st 5lbs at the moment, what i mean is that i want to be 10st something. i would think that your liquid intake is in addition to the slimfast/ultaslim drink.
 
yeah i thought that too. well it all went wrong late yesterday evening after all my hard work. ended up bingeing on pringles and choc fingers :( I now have to be good for till weigh in otherwise will not see a loss. heres hoping
 
another bad one yesterday where main ingredient of yesterday's diet consisted of chocolate and no gym. Here's hoping todays a better day. think hormones are partly to blame but had an awful day yesterday which added to how i was feeling. Hoping to stick to the shakes today and a salad but lets wait n see. Hope youre all well x
 
its gone wrong today too - well not as well as i would have liked and didnt make it to the gym class either
 
oh dear, things are going a bit pear shaped for the moment for you, chin up and keep plodding along.
 
feeling a lil better today so far so heres hoping back on track. Monday will reveal the damage done. Hope weigh in goes well tomorrow x
 
went back to the gym today and prepared healthy food so heres to day 1 of another new start for me :) . hope can keep it up for the next 4 weeks!! x

never mind not good! thats really good! well done and youre the weight i would love to be. I weighed in and sts which is a miracle seeing as I binged on junk food for 3 days! at the gym yesterday it actually showed a quarter pound weight loss but such a low amount wont register on my analogue scales so sticking to my scales as a quarter of a pound is neither here nor there. Aiming for 2lbs this week. Have been and bought lots of fruit and salad stuff so heres hoping x

It is my first time here but NOT to slimming!:(
I weigh 12st 7lb. I have lost 1/2 stone over last 6 weeks doing slimming world. But hurt my back decorating and have not been able to go to class for last two weeks. I can feel the old habits creeping back so looked on line for a forum. Thought a bit of like minded input would help! :)
I notice one of the girls is going on a cruise, It will be my first cruise on 4th sep, god I would love to be a stone lighter for that.
 
Hi Patsy. Welcome to our forum. I hope both me and FB can help in our mutual quest for losing weight. FB knows more about slimming world. I just do my own thing and follow separate plans depending on how I feel as get bored easy but what we can guarantee is were always here checking in and feel free to post. Those damn backs can cause us griefs but we should try not to let them stop us. There is always something we can do even if it is light stretches to strengthen the core to avoid future back issues. FB is the one that goes on cruises. I do the other hols with no big ships were would need travel pills daily :). Think were both off again in July but hope we can welcome you and hopefully support you and maybe even inspire you a little. You have said you want to be a stone lighter so set yourself that goal. What would that be? A pound a week? Thats what we seem to work towards even though we would like more. Anyway look forward to reading your posts and all the bext x
 
hello patsy101, i am going on a cruise 4 weeks today, i put on a stone last year so do not plan to make the same mistake this year.
fso i started on the shakes today, really do not know what i am doing really, shake and a cup of coffee for breakfast, ww soup and a yoghurt for lunch and had a shake at 3.00 and the 2 quorn burgers and baked beans for tea and had a yoghurt about an hour ago, i am up to 1050 calories and i may have an alpen bar later is this looking ok.i need to have approx 1200 calories is that correct?
