Hiya - could you put me down for 15 hours - i have a kinect and have just done my first hour. Good luck everyone
Is the EASA... the new 2 one or the old one you use hun... i saw it on "This morning" & looked fab & think i might invest in that too as well as Zumba as a treat once had baby xxxx
Relle: 20 hours - 3 hours 56 minutes done
I was going to buy some accesories, does anyone recommened anything imparticular, like the stepper increase or anything?
This morning I got up and did my excercise 5.30am-6.30am before getting my daughter ready for nursery and myself off to work, I am going to do a little more this afternoon too This morning I did purely aerobics, the long distance run, the hula hoop plus and the step plus alternately, i'm really pushing myself.
How does the percentage burn rate work on the run, this morning on the long distance I got 57% but I was working sooooo hard, often I only get 30 something percent..is it not very accurate and just a fun thing, or do you just get a better percentage the faster you go? Because it also tells me to slow down a little at times....
Thanks.

May i ask are you doing the run thats on the normal wii fit or wiit fit plus where you run with your cat... just out of curiousity, not that it matters lol!... i usualy get around 130%-150%... you have to keep your pace steady it's not necessarily how fast you run... it's just keeping at a similar pace as your burn more being able to witheld a speed over a prolonged time... hope that helps & that i got it right hehe!! Good Luck xxx
Hey Relle, I think the Wii Fit Plus is worth getting, make sure you buy only the game though, you don't need another balance board! Wii Fit Plus has a few extra muscle exercises and the mini games are good fun - the running and cycling are both good, also the segway has really helped to tone my calves.I have the normal Wii Fit, not the plus - is the plus worth getting? Does it have areobic activities that push you more than the original?
Thanks xxxx
I'd agree with Julie, although like I said above, the Wii Fit Plus has some good little extras too.I have wii fit plus. It has extra activities, but they are not essential for weight loss. You can do just as much calorie burning on wii fit, but wii fit plus makes it more interesting. Here's a link Find out what’s new in Wii Fit Plus at our official website - Nintendo - News
Ooh I'm glad I've stumbled across this group!! Me and my housemate spend half hour on the wii fit most days of the week... adding up to about 3 hours a week!
I don't have wii fit PLUS (i did consider buying it but im a poor student and £13 is alot to me lol and it didn't seem like there was much extra, that I can't do on my original wii fit).
I plan to do 10 hours the rest of this month because I can't remember how much i did this week... so will start a fresh today!
