New to simply filling- any help appreciated

A good day planned there! I can't find the Ww spread in Cornwall!

I reckon as you say just drawing a line under it and carrying on with the rest of the week is the best option. It sounds like you had a great day and every now and then that's more important than sticking to plan. And its not like there are many days in this country to enjoy beer gardens is it?

Great day planned for today to get back on track.

Have you got your date to go back to work yet? Are you looking forward to it or feeling a bit apprehensive? At least you have joining the gym you found to look forward to when you go back.

Yeh beer garden weather is a very rare occurance so best to enjoy it while I can ;-)

At the moment it's just generally go to docs and get 4 week sickline at a time and see how it goes, going to docs next week and hoping to get one more line then back to work if ankle cooperates. Hated my job but desperate to get back to normality and having some money again as been almost 6months off now! Got most of my mobility back again can now get myself out and about round the shops and such but still need walking stick if going too far so at least I'm no longer a hermit! :-D job involves standing all day for up to 11 hour shifts if it was an office job I could have been back ages ago! X

Eeeek, 11 hours of standing doesn't sound good, ankle injury or not! Is there no adjustments they could make to the role or give you a different role to allow you to go back any earlier?

Yes please like 12 tubs!

Standing for that long must b a nightmare! What is it u do? Is it not possible to have a chair or stool?

Sadly i am in food retail in a bakers and standing and walking about all day is really the only option :-( hopefully manage to work on getting something different once I get back but really hoping to get a mortgage this year so need a steady income again! X

Haha yeh it's much easier sticking to a diet when not surrounded by fresh bread, cakes and pastries all day! Nothing in Greggs is diet friendly lol! X

If u like greggs u should try our bakery! Called malcolm barnecutt! Greggs just doesn't compare!

I cannot imagine the temptation of working in a bakery all day. Its bad enough contending with the subsidised hospital canteen opposite my office. Eeek.

You got back on plan really well yesterday! Well done.
Not great news about your leg, hopefully you will be fixed soon. I'm a creature of routine and I get proper antsy and sometimes really down in the 6 weeks hols cos if I'm not doing something useful I feel guilty. I couldn't imagine 6 months of it! X

Today was hard, totm makes a tiny little upset into a far more horrible time and spent a lot of the day in tears :( Didn't turn to food for comfort though other than a little galaxy flute that I bought when out as really fancied some chocolate so pleased with that :)

Found out that as of last week I no longer qualify for sickpay so now got to apply for benefits which is something I have never done. Just feeling really frustrated that 6 months later I am still off work with this ankle and also really worried about money as things are already so tight. Anyway I've done what I can filled in the forms ready to be sent off tomorrow so hopefully it will get sorted soon.

Going to attempt a bigger walk tomorrow and some other exercise if ankle allows it. xx

Sorry to hear you've felt down and have had to apply for benefits, not your fault and at least it won't be for too much longer, hope you're feeling better now :0)

Sorry you've had such a rubbish day, it's hard when everything bad happens at the same time. Hope tomorrow will be better for you hun xx

Ah hon I'm sorry you've had a rough day and that's not good news about the sick pay. Does the dr have any idea when you might be fit for work again? Well done on resisting the urge to comfort eat though. That's very well done! X

Thanks lovelies :) well I managed to avoid any binges so pleased with that! :-D feeling a little more positive today too.

Got docs next week to see how much longer but it's pretty much a personal thing of when I feel ready. Really want to get back but know my ankle isnt quite ready for that yet as still need walking stick for long walks but trying to use it less.

Weigh in tomorrow - not expecting a loss since I had an epic day off plan last weekend but been pretty good since then so a small gain or STS I would be very happy with! X
