Brunch- toasty - ww bread, quorn ham, salsa, cheese 2pp

D- whole wheat noodles
Onion, pepper
Oil from allowance, garlic, chilli, ginger

Snacks- Alpen light 2pp
Biscuit 3pp

Drinks- water
Ribena light
Chai latte
Sugar free energy drink

Exercise- 30min walk, lots of tidying up!

Weeklies used- 7

You've done really well to stick to plan the last couple of days with the stuff you have had going on.

Woohoo WI this morning and down to 9st 8.5lb :-D a loss of 1.5lb!

Really pleased with that as had a day off plan last weekend involving quite a lot of cider and cookies!! Have been good the rest of the week but not deprived myself and still used weeklies rather than trying to keep them to zero x
 
Whoo! Great weight loss! Well done! yea seems its not so bad using weeklies! I'm getting bit more lapse with them myself.Thats a good loss considering a day off aswell.
 
I know if I tried to stick to not using any to make up for it I would have just ended up binging and using way more. Was happy to accept any gain that may have occurred so ecstatic to have a loss! :) x

L-leftover noodles and veg from last night

D- baked sweet potato
Roasted veg (toms and peppers)
Light halloumi 3pp

Exercise- 50min walk

Weeklies used- 9pp
Weeklies left- 40pp

Nothing worse then having a binge and then regretting it! You did it the right way and it payed off nicely! Have a great weekend :0)

Thanks ladies, pretty excited as not sure I've ever lost after having a day off plan! Guess it being mostly drink rather than excessive amounts of food might have helped!

Anyway turns out it might be the same idea this week and friend is having a BBQ tomorrow and will involve catching up with people I havnt seen in ages, but unfortunate when there's social events 2 weeks in a row but ah well life is for living!!

Being veggie is handy as means I will take along my own burgers and know exactly what it is I'm eating.

Was a bit of a rebel today and had a wholemeal bagel rather than a ww one and really enjoyed it! It's ww bread that I buy anyway as I like the thick wholemeal loaf but going to try experimenting with having any brand of wholemeal wrap/pitta/bagel as its cheaper and I am sure ww have their reasons for saying we can only eat their products and I'm sure it's nothing to do with the fact that having another brand will give us a big weight gain :p x

Sarah - you may gain with a day off but at least you don't manage to gain on weeks when you stick to plan!!
 
The WW bagels are only 4PP and really rather nice Daisy. Definitely worth a try. Especially with light philadelphia and quorn pepporoni :)

Had a look out of interest and my new York bagel co bagel was 6pp so although higher than the 4pp ww one I could easily eat 2 of them whereas this felt much bigger and more satisfying. Won't be something I have daily but hopefully as an occasional thing will be ok :) x

Yea it is good to have a treat like that now and again,this is meant to fit in with our every day lives so makes sense to splash out sometimes :0)
 
Yesterday was off plan due to BBQ!

Not pointing it as its loads :p but will write it down!

B- wholemeal bagel, ww spread, quorn ham

L- brown rice with soya sauce and mayflower curry sauce

D- 2 Linda McCartney mozzarella burgers
2 white rolls
Ketchup

Some Doritos and kettle chips

2 bottles strawberry and lime bulmers cider
Some Morgan's and diet coke
6 premixed cocktail cans

Food wasn't entirely horrendous but mega points on booze eek! Going for same as last week will try to be sensible rest of week but not deprive myself and just hope for the best - certainly not expecting a miracle loss 2nd week in a row but will do my best to limit the damage :) x
 
Good attitude Laura! Sounds like you had fun too! My evening was other way around, not so bad on booze but terrible on food. Good luck for a good week. Xx
