New to simply filling- any help appreciated

I think we all make our own SF rules up! It's like white and wholemeal pasta have same propoints but one is free and the other isn't! So if I'm out of wholemeal I just use white! And I used non ww products for free if they are similar calories! Works for me!

Glad someone else does this too! I do use wholemeal as I prefer it but I do use any brand of pittas/bagels etc whatever's cheapest! Doesn't seem to be having an adverse effect so why not ;-) x
 
Yup I think it's very convenient that it's only ww bread products. I thinks it's a way for them to make more money!

Totally. The amount of people that do weight watchers almost exclusively on ww products astound me so often other brands are the same pp or even lower and much cheaper! I would MUCH rather have an Oreo for 1pp than a ww cookie for the same lol! X

I love finding none WW brands that are the same pp but cheaper.
 
Ww biscuits and yoghurts etc I rarely buy but I always get their bread petit pains and try to get their pitta breads. I've got the spread and not that keen cos it doesn't melt on my crumpets. I'm sure a small amount of an extra light alternative would be about the same. X
 
I think tesco light choices is a better option and usually bigger portion!

Aww! Well I'm sure asda do light choices of some sort! And asda is cheaper!
 
They do but only of some things. I always check the points and if they are cheaper in points and price I'll get them. X
 
Weigh in this morning and lost 1lb so pleased with that. Didn't have a day off this week so happy that sticking to it worked. Also had what felt like a hungry week and went a bit overboard with bread someways (3 slices of ww bread PLUS 2 pittas at least one day) so really pleased it didn't affect anything as sw kind of engrains it into you that too much bread is totally evil.

Had some orange juice this week without counting it and just say that activity points will cover it, felt good to be having normal things that I wouldn't normally waste my pp on :) x
 
Was supposed to be a 4 week try of SF to decide between it and sw but since ive been losing consistently the 4 weeks (3 losses and 1 STS due to BBQ, booze and cake!!) i am staying with you ladies for a while longer :p

That's brilliant, well done. I really admire your strength to be off work and still focused and losing, I know I would find this so much harder if I was at home most of the day.
 
Thanks ladies :) work will definitely keep my mind off eating during the day just find I have to keep busy to avoid grazing all day long as that's what I did when I was in the cast and put a lot of weight on.

Did the 30 day shred for first time in ages and it wasn't too bad and so far ankle feels ok yay! X

Your a bit like me! Kind of follow the rules a little bit/ make your own up too / don't point your orange!

Like I don't point something if It isn't mine. Like 2 blocks of chocolate from OHs bar! Lol

Then I do feel guilty sometimes when I see people not losing after following it to a T. But I get like 70activity points a week and don't eat them! So I guess my cheats make a dent in that. A small dent I hope.

Anyway glad your here to stay a while longer! Xx

Yeh I don't actually count my activity points but know that my daily walks plus any extra exercise I do should cover my orange juice and higher pointed bagels! I do miss being able to do proper exercise as the year and a bit I played roller derby I didn't follow any diet just ate sensibly majority of the time but generally had one takeaway a week plus slightly more treats and my weight stayed pretty constant probably due to the 9 hours of training every week!! So trying to built it up gradually and hopefully be able to go back to it eventually :) x
 
I'm quite bad you know! I've had good losses but I'm a bad example to wwers everywhere! I also don't weigh things. I guess lol! I only weigh pasta as I'm hopeless with the dries weight thing! Actually ww for me involves a lot of guessing! If anyone wants to know what not to do on ww, I'd be the perfect teacher!

So yeah ap cover a multitude of sins for me! Which is why I don't eat them lol!
 
And I sound old....what is roller derby?

Does it involves skates or a skateboard?
