Thank you minis Having a great weekend. The sun is absolutly beautiful! Been 100% all weekend, just cant really be bothered to write it on here, been too busy outside! Probably walking 8-10 miles this weekend with the doggies round lakes/country parks!
c25k Week 6, one more day to go which will be tomorrow. Was going to do it today but had a very bad nights sleep, woke up feeling faint/sweating with horrendous indigestion Haven't taken my omeprazole for a while maybe its time to start taking them again xxx
Cant be bothered today! Too tired for this work malarky! And the thought of me doing a 25min run later plummets me into despair....only 3 weeks left until i've completed the C25K tho so gotta keep going, need a rocket up my bum!
