Well ladies, my home scales were accurate and I've just officially weighed in at 11st 5.5lbs, so 1.5lbs off this week and finally got 1.5st award :) Very pleased to have a decent loss again although being very honest had kind of hoped for more from Success Express! But if I can continue these losses until Ibiza I might make it into the 10s, so just need to keep ploughing on :) Going to have a night off tonight with a bit of choc and some crisps, then one more success express day tomorrow before I sit down and menu plan for the next week :) Hope you're all having good Wednesdays! Xx
 
Well ladies, my home scales were accurate and I've just officially weighed in at 11st 5.5lbs, so 1.5lbs off this week and finally got 1.5st award :) Very pleased to have a decent loss again although being very honest had kind of hoped for more from Success Express! Woah, I can't remember the last time I was that, haha! - Oh and as for my blog no, I made it private to stop a certain someone snooping but I will be changing the domain name soon! Will let you know hehe :) - Good luck this week & keep going!! Btw, you said you were doing the 30 Day Shred - is it just this & the treadmill/bike you do? I have a treadmill/bike/rowing machine in the garage & I'm deliberating whether to run after the 30 Day Shred.. what do you think? When do you do it, before or after??! Help! I already feel like dying after the shred, lol! x

I do all sorts haha.... here's my rough exercise plan for the week:
Monday - Zumba
Tuesday - 30 Day Shred and/or Gym (30 mins at gym, mix of bike, treadmill and rower) - I did 20 mins gym after 30 Day Shred and was fine :)
Wednesday - Gym (30 mins bike usually)
Thursday - 30 Day Shred and Pilates
Friday - Gym (40-45 mins)
Saturday or Sunday - 30 Day Shred

Going to quickly jot down today's food even though I'm having an evening off plan, am hoping fessing up to it all will keep me from going totally overboard ;) Have got nearly 30 Syns saved from last 2 days, plus today's 15, but still anticipate going over haha! :D

Green Day...

Exercise: 30 mins gym (10 mins bike, 20 mins run)
Breakfast: All Bran Choc Crunch (HEB), Banana, WW Yogurt
Lunch: Fresh Tuscan Bean Soup (work canteen), Pineapple
Snack: Apple
Weigh-in: 1.5lbs off
Snack: Mint HiFi (HEB)
Dinner: Wrap Pizza (8 for Wholemeal Wrap, 2 x HEA for Mozzarella)
Snacks: 5 x Mini Meringues (5), 135g Galaxy Caramel (32!!!!!)

Summary: 2 x HEA, 2 x HEB, 45 Syns (bang on! woo! i'm officially still on plan for the week!), 30 mins Exercise, 1.5lbs off :D
 
well done on the loss chick....and you best enjoy that galaxy if it's 32 syns! pmsl :D x

Oh I REALLY did!! :D It's been in the cupboard for at least 2 months waiting for tonight!!

30 Day Shred tomorrow morning to set me up well for the week to come.... 6.30am alarm clock to fit it in before work!! :eek: Although that said, the cat will probably be in to wake me up before then anyway!! x
 
Haha likewise!! I swear Sophia listens for the changes in my breathing or something, as the minute I even turn over (with full intention of going back to sleep!) she's there and pouncing on me!! :D

Lol my cat will actually get into bed inbetween us, lie like a human with his body stretched out and head on the pillow facing me, then at bang on 5am every morning just gently smack me in the face with his paw until I wake up. Little bugger! So cute though :)
 
Two weeks of SE plan may have an awesome result...that's what I'm hoping for, that perhaps continuing it a bit longer will kick my body into a habit with good results. So neve rinse even if you just do a few days out if the week to your next weigh in? :)

Strict planning tonight the same as you! Well done on your loss, here's to a big fat 2 or 3 next week! =D

Here's hoping! :D Have got a proper mixture of red, green and extra easy in my plan for the next week, and am going to make meals Success Express proportions where it works :)
