Well today ended up being a red day - my breakfast and lunch were both SE, but I think there was a bit too much meat going on with my dinner for it to be truly SE... so probably somewhere in the middle!
Breakfast: All Bran Choc Crunch (HEB), Natural Yogurt, Chopped Banana & Strawberries
Snack: Tea (0.5), Apple
Lunch: Salmon Fillet with Crispy Salad, Tomatoes & Peppers, Pineapple, M&S Guilt Free Snacking Chocolate Crispies (6.5)
Snack: Slice of birthday cake - ooops! Any ideas on syns? Was a small slice of Victoria Sponge. Will allow balance of my syns for now (7.5)
Exercise: Pilates
Dinner: Moroccan Spiced Turkey Kebabs (from the Little Book Of Lunches) with Pitta (HEB), Salad, Mint Yogurt Sauce & Hot Chilli Sauce (0.5)
Summary: 0 x HEA, 2 x HEB, 15 Syns, 1 hour Exercise
