Well good morning lovely ladies, the sun is shining here so time to get out and about and on with my errands while it lasts! Yesterday's horrible sicky feeling seems to have passed, so must have been some kind of 24 hour bug or something I ate that just didn't agree with me.
I'm very happy with the scales this morning which are currently showing 11st 3.75lbs, so a 1.75lb loss since Weds weigh-in! I haven't been this light since I broke up with my ex 3 years ago and didn't eat for a week haha! I really hope that sticks for official weigh-in... I'm seeing a bit of a pattern that my weight drops each Saturday (I've been keeping a log offline), so that must be when my body does a tot up of calories in vs calories out for the week and decides what my new weight should be! Maybe I will get into the 10s for Ibiza after all, 4 more weigh-ins before I go!
Another low syn day for me today - I've saved up 12.5 from yesterday and want a similar amount saved up from today so I can blow the lot tomorrow Daddy's coming up for Father's Day (he's got a new car so wanted to give it a long drive out, hence him coming to me rather than the usual other way around), and I've got a big leg of roast lamb in for our dinner. I'm going to enjoy a few yorkshire puddings with that (6 Syns) as well as gravy (4 Syns), plus I've bought an apple crumble and custard for our pudding, and I want a decent sized portion of that (not sure how many syns, need to work out tonight in advance what it'll be if I have 1/3 of the pack plus a generous dollop of custard!)... I'm hoping this approach will help me stay on track for the week without me feeling deprived
Breakfast: Yogurt, Banana
Lunch: Pasta n Sauce (made with water)
Dinner: SW Chips, Quorn Burgers (1 syn for 2), Salad and Dips (Garlic "Mayo" Sauce & Chilli Sauce (0.5)), followed by fruit salad (pineapple, mango, strawberries)
Exercise: 30 Day Shred & Housework!
