Booo... official weigh-in was even worse at 10st 12lbs!! So just 0.5lbs off! What happened to yesterday's lovely number?!
Today ended up being a bit off plan as was feeling reaaaaally rubbish with this cold. Had my HEB Raisin Wheats but then went back to the canteen for a bowl of Krave to pick at during the day, oops! Didn't end up getting any lunch, and then really wanted Heinz Tomato Soup and fresh bread to try and get rid of this cold, so had that for my dinner along with half a pack of sushi, a pack of mini chocolate shortcake biscuits, a mini flapjack, and a few other little sweet bits and pieces... Sat and watched 4 episodes of Supernatural back to back (I could watch Jensen Ackles all day, he really is a beautiful man!!) and now am really for cold & flu tablets and bed! Hope I'm feeling a bit better by tomorrow as could do with getting back into 30DS pre-Vegas but just haven't had the energy this week with feeling so poorly!
Anyways, tomorrow is a new day, and no excuses for not being on plan Happy hump day! xx

Oh I hope you feel better soon! It's probably just some water retention or something from being ill. It'll all come off next week! Concentrate on getting better, the weight loss will come. Eat lots of fruit and perhaps some more filling fibre
Thanks ladies, will be eating lots of vitamin and goodness containing foods over the next few days to try and fight this - have got a party tomorrow night that I really want to be better for!! Scales still no better this morning at 10st 11.75lbs, booo! I reckon by tomorrow I'll be able to get back onto 30DS though, so that should give me a bit of a boost
Today's plan is to have lots of filling meals so I'm not tempted to snack on rubbish...
Breakfast: Boiled eggs & soldiers with 2 eggs, 60g bread (HEB), 10g low fat butter (2.5) along with 2 Sainsbury's BGTY Sausages (1)
Lunch: Either Jacket Potato & Beans OR Meat/Chicken with Salad (from work canteen, depends what they've got available)
Dinner: Salmon Fillet with Mini Roast Potatoes, Sugarsnap Peas & Carrots
And in between lots of fruit

cheese and onion "pasty"
i got this from Amy (law3a3m) and have had it twice...yum -meeee! lol
peel and cube a potato, chop an onion and cook them in the microwave with a wee drop veg stock (i missed this out and it was fine)
when it's mashable, add your HEa cheese and stuff in to a ww wm pitta bread, spray with frylight and put it in the oven.
i proper enjoyed this!
and with sw chips and beans it would be comfort food to the max lol.
ok so it's never gonna be a cheese and onion pasty from gregs....but it's as near as we'll get guilt free! lol.
