Decision finally made on dinner (good thing seeing as it's nearly 4pm!)...
Brunch: "Bacon Buttie" made with bread (HEB), turkey rashers, low fat butter (2.5) and brown sauce (1)
Snacks: Salt n Vinegar Skips (4), Apple
Dinner: Pulled Pork with Sweet Potato & Butternut Mash, Sugarsnap Peas & BBQ Sauce - might also do a few potato wedges with this
Snacks: Serrano Ham & Peach, 15 Bitsa Wispa (10), Oatly Choc Milk (HEA)
Summary: 1 x HEA, 1 x HEB, 17.5 Syns, 30 Day Shred Level 1 Day 2
Just been and bought myself some 3kg weights for 30 Day Shred - have been using 1.5kg but on some of the exercises it feels like they're doing nothing, so will switch to 3kgs for those ones - can't see myself getting any higher than the 1.5kg on any of the moves that are combined with lunges, they all kill me as they are!
And now I've stocked up on all my fruit n veg for the week I'm off for a little wander around the shops to get in some more body magic whilst potentially having a look for any last little holiday treats I might want!
The shops are open til 6 so I'm hoping the bulk of the kids off on their school hols will have buggered off by this time?!
Although I am going to be a bit naughty too... the Hotel Chocolat summer sale started today and I really want one of the summer selection boxes, so if they have any left I will definitely be buying one - but it'll be for going in the holiday suitcase rather than for eating now - I'd rather take my absolute favourite chocs away with me than raid rubbish ones out of the mini bar in my hotel room
