I hope you are feeling better and having a good weekend. No, you are not a stick... you are amazingly toned. You can see how defined your leg muscles are in your fitness clothing.
I think it would be interesting for you have your body fat properly calculated. The most accurate measure is to have it done in water (the U.S. Olympic training center does this). BMI's as a fitness guideline are not all that accurate (we are all built differently and muscle, etc. make a difference). You should have a body fat ratio done... I'll bet the reason you do not "easily lose" weight, is that your body fat is pretty low.
And, if I am right... then you can stop paying so much attention to the scales and work on the definition and toning. Because muscle does weigh more than fat, but it can be shaped better.
