i think that this is the problem i've had in the past few months of trying to do 810 or ss+ that i've felt very grumpy about it and haven't stuck to it. this week i have to as my weight has climbed and i have a little tum on me and i look bad in my zumba gear and gym gear so i'm going to have to do it. this always happens on my first day and i just have to get over it :(

exercise wise i'll still do the same amount but take it lower and slower and not go all out like i have been as i have no need to burn as many calories, just keep my fitness ticking over instead.

i'm freezing cold. it's cold today and my goosebumps are playing up. looks like hubby has to work tonight so i'm not going to make my planned zumba class :( really really really wanted to go to this one.
 
had a peanut bar at 4pm as i couldn't wait any longer. planning on having a porridge soon but i can't decide and i can't be ar$ed making it. can someone come and make it for me pls :) this is generally how lazy i have become. i feel just so tired today. my headache has finally gone. i woke with it and had it for most of the day. i'm not actually sure what time it went. my tummy is rumbling but i don't really feel 100% hungry. tomorrow it will hit me i'm sure.

Sorry you are finding get back on SSing so difficult. It should be better in a couple of days. Can you Zumba at home?

Yep I can zumba at home but love the classes best. Sure come Friday things will look better! :)
 
Dam toilet trips! I'd forgotten how much I need to pee initially. Also although I'm not in ketosis yet I couldn't sleep last night! It was fine midnight when I dozed off. Tired this am but not too bad!

you know me shanny. every day lol. think i'm 5lbs down now. feel pretty much ok today. i like the not feeling hungry feeling wish i had it all the time. :)

hi shanny.

got the gym this am. core then zumba. it's quite nice taking it easy and not going all out in zumba as i'm not worried about the big calorie burn with being on a low plan. then it's an afternoon at home. got someone delivering dude's birthday cake and someone else coming round with a pressie for dude and eggs for the kids.

scales are down again. 7lbs down!
 
Oh yay!!! That's fab news!!! I need to ask you a question about exercising and CD. I know you scale it back when you're doing SS+ is that because it slows your losses or is it because you physically can't do higher impact energy wise? I'm just thinking about what I do and I still go all out on SS and feel fine but my losses are significantly lower. I'm just debating what to do..... Think I'm going to stay exercise free until I'm rid of this gain then go back to it, still SSing but I won't be too bothered if the losses slow as I need to tone up now!!
 
i find it harder to exercise on ss or ss+ just cause of the 2 main things you've said really. the energy i have is not there until i'm firmly into ketosis, plus if i go all out it lowers my losses. the 3rd is that initially it makes me hungry too.

i can do exercise if i lower the intensity as it doesn't really mess with my energy and losses. last night i took it easier but probably the intensity was still too high as when i got home i felt hungry (not straight after exercise though) so after my 4th cd i decided i need cottage cheese so i ate a tub. means my cal were higher yesterday but as it was all cd approved i feel ok about it.

the thing about zumba is i do go all out as i'm used to burning as many calories as i can so i look like a right loon. i lift my knees as high as i can, make my arms big, high etc, i move as far as i can across the room or forwards/backwards etc, i jump high, bounce etc i just make my movements extreme as it helps burn the cals. this week i'm not into the cal burn so i'm taking it easy, not wearing my polar watch and i'm not bothered how much or little i burn which is quite nice actually.
 
:) i'm very pleased too. just want to loose more for my hols and i'll be sorted to gain, as i know i will on hol.
 
Dude's birthday cake that a friend made. He's 2 tomorrow.
