Obsessive scale popper'onner should be my minimins posts. Started writing weight down again after an unfortunate incident of deleting the info I'd kept since January :(. Started having weirdo mobile phone dreams. Ones where I'd lost my phone or I'd gone swimming with it! I usually stick it down my bra as it's then at hand 100% of the time and I had a dream where I'd forgotten to take it out of my bra and went swimming and it died on me and I'd not backed any of my info up only computer (iPhone)! I have not attached it to my computer since October when I got it :(! Maybe I should!!!!!!
 
I'm just about to back up my iPhone and then install the update! Last time I tried to do that I ended up with a blank phone with no software on it because my computer is so crap!!!

If you haven't synced your phone since October it's going to take forever to do but at least then all your info will be backed up!! I hate doing it, but have run out of memory so needs doing :(
 
Oh dear I wish I hadn't started this, my iTunes needed updating first and I've been sat for 15 mins with what looks like nothing happening. Been on this screen for ages with no movement of the green bar :( I hate my computer!!!!

ss+ at 95% is not too bad is it? lost 8lbs so far this week. it was dude's birthday today and i had salted peanuts and some cheese. better than cake though! tempted to have a sniff of wine tonight.... not much a couple of gulps. i know that 1 glass is totally my limit in K i usually leave some too as i know it's dangerous.
 
p.s only ever done it twice whilst in K on CD!

thought i'd add that as i know some might post about the dangers etc but it's not every day, every week etc. :) it's my dude's birthday and i'm away in the lakes at hubby's parents. i'll leave the cake and flapjacks alone.

what a strange weekend. bad bad bad things following so don't go by my example anyone as i'm completely strange, or my body is!

decided friday night to have a drink and as you know i've been doing ss+/810 all week since the monday so was in ketosis. friday i ate salted nuts at my dude's party and some cheese so more of an atkins approach. so i had a glass of wine and really like it so had another couple and some crisps then a piece of my dude's birthday cake and a slice of bread. def thought the next day was going to be torture. saturday i got up at 6am with the kids. wasn't hungry so just drank coffee. we went to the safari park and around 11am i got a bit hungry so had my bar, wasn't really hungry at all and think i was still in ketosis.... don't know how though! sat night tempted again so had a couple of glasses of wine and some more crisps. bad :( weight has gone up with water retention but today is sunday and i'm not hungry at all! so i must still be in ketosis! don't ask me how but i am not hungry at all! been chewing sf gum, drank 3l of water and about 5 cups of coffee today. had 2 bars and 1 choc shake and it's about 4pm. not too bad. had a 2nd bar cause i really wanted a mint one, was desperate for the mint taste but wasn't hungry!
 
Your body is a medical marvel Nikki lol! Mind having said that I'm absolutely not in ketosis, not even close and I'm only having my shakes because I have to not because I'm hungry!

I've still got 2 to go, I've had one this morning and some cottage cheese at 2ish, going to have my K-cottage pie at tea time and my bar as a snack later on, hopefully thatll be one full day of goodness under my belt.
 
i might stay in ketosis but who knows what my weight will do at tomorrows weigh in. that's going to be the big mystery.
 
Hi Nikki,

You probably burnt off what you consumed Carb wise and so stayed in ketosis. The extra water whould help flush the salt out of your system and you should be able to get back on track quickly. Especially since you do so much fitness.

I hope you and your LOs are having a lovely Easter.

easter. the smell of the chocolate is overwhelming. not touched any but i could quite easily loose myself in some. nom nom! the kids have a daft amount!!!! 10 eggs altogether i think. hubby's got one from me and some bunny rocher stuff. i have one lindt thing in white choc which will stay there until i really want it. the fridge is bulging with chocolate anyway. blerugh! i think walking around the safari park/zoo thing helped me burn off the cals. i didn't eat many crisps or that much cake, 1 small slice of homemade victoria sponge and 1 thin slice of white. back to it now though. i really want to be 10st something for disney paris in 3 weeks time. i can do it if i focus. my weight tends to stay round 11st 4lbs to 11st 6lbs. if i do the 810 i can loose probably 12lbs.
 
I've got an egg up on top of the kitchen cupboard from my mum and dad, I'm not bothered by it, like you it'll stay there until I'm ready for it.
 
hubby's just opened my white bunny lol.
 
i know. he did ask. i said it was ok though. lol :)
