Nikki in ??? IT STOPS NOW!

Plan for today:-

No shake til 11am, next one at 2pm or 3pm after that cottage cheese salad at 6pm, last shake at 9pm. Might do shake at 6pm instead of meal. Not sure if I want an 810 or ss+ day. Think I'll play it my ear. Got Zumba dance training for an hour at 2pm.

Please let me stick to it today.
 
back from a dog walk. now it's 10.33, not long until my first cd of the day. need another coffee i think. considering buying another pair of zumba pants and top. i can get them cheaper on ebay but only in pink. can't get my size in pink on the official website but they do have blue. the top i like is only on the official website but i like the pink one. i don't want to pay for 2 lots of postage. argh!!!!!!

Hi Nikki,

Instead of trying to be a stone lighter for your holiday, why don't you focus on doing the best you can (reasonably, do not make yourself miserable) and then instead of bingeing on holiday and havinga huge a gain... work to maintain or keep the gain under control. Yoyoing is so unhealthy -- you are better off staying stable a few pounds heavier than you would than you are gaining and relosing, or constantly struggling. Just focus on your overall health -- also, did you ever get your bodyfat properly checked. BMI is not one-size fits all... you could very easily be a healthy bmi and just have a lot of muscle weight.
Post pics of the Zumba clothes you like -- if you don't mind.

got sore throat today, yet another.... 6th this year.

hubby's been mentioning my diet. he thinks it's totally unhealthy and i suppose he's right. i used to eat more healthily than i do now. just back tracked a bit. going to do 810ish today and for the rest of the week.

however, i've had the following so far, not very 810!

cd bar
quorn salad with a small bread bun. hard to swallow these days with my throat!
tonight...... 1 more cd then cottage cheese salad. more formal 810 as of tomorrow!

i'd like a week of 810, then go to 1000 midweek of the following week.

thing is that the food at disney paris is bad. chips, pizza etc pretty much a fast food type approach at huge prices and really nasty tasting too. thinking of having a larger brekkie then cd bar for lunch and tea of whatever i can get. the disney village does better food than the disneyland place.

have never managed to fing a place that would do my body fat % on a machine. my scales say 30% body fat but i don't think it takes the whole excess skin, bone, muscle etc properly into consideration.

I love the "Move Me" top! May I ask: Do you have a sports bra that goes with the T back? Or do you wear them w/o a bra? Or one that has visible straps?

i just wear my shock absorber bra. you can see the straps but i'm not too bothered.
 
p.s i couldn't see the move me top online until i logged in with my zin login. very strange.

ended with my cottage cheese salad and i did have another cd bar. felt very hungry at 2am with rumbly tums but fine when i've woken up.
 
freezing yet the sun is out. my nose is a block of ice did core, 2 mile run (all i had time for) then my love and passion......zumba all this am. cals burnt aprox, 100, 250, 300 - 650 :) not bad.

food is a bit strange for me today. not hungry just picky. had a bar, some cheese, a pack of quorn and some almonds. very low carb. can't be bothered with anything else right now. i have a real taste for the bars at the min and that is not good. i can get away with my cdc letting my have 2/3rds of my 2 a day allowance in bars but i think i'd be pushing it if asked for 100% bars, 2 a day, min i will do for when i go away. going to text her now so that she has plenty of time to get the stock.

cals aprox..... 1600 seems a lot but i've also burnt around 650 cals doing exercise today too. so not too bad. :) happy with it. also very low carb too, very happy with that..... hard not to eat carbs though. if my weight hasn't gone down by tomorrow i'll be doing thurs-sun ss+
 
Wow you are so disciplined! And fit, no doubt! Just reading what you've done today made me feel like I had to have a lie down :D.

I've never tried Zumba - there's a class 2 minutes walk away on a Tuesday night but I keep putting it off. Maybe next week ;)
 
zumba is amazing :) you should do it! i'm teaching a dance tomorrow so i've been learning that for about a week too.

went shopping this pm and walked the dog tonight too :) none stop. a few friends think i should be stick like lol :) i never stop. the words 'you are a machine' have been used :):) lol
