Yeah, think hard!! I'd definitely do it if I was in your shoes. It's a safe, well established class for you to get your confidence up with!! You'll be fab at it anyway because you're so passionate about it!! Xx

The down side is that Sam is soooo good! Also it's my gym. Hubs said there's a difference between somewhere to go and relax and your workplace! He thinks it's a great opportunity but I might be better just having my own group in Billy. Not sure either but it would look good on my cv lol!

Good evening Nikki.. im bad been speaking to one of my old cdc.. so seeing her tomorrow.!

god i will break away from cd and reach target verryy soon.!

i hope your well? how long till your hols? xx

we are off to the lakes today to hubby's parents before flying out from manchester on monday. got a headache this am. indulged in too much wine. when i get back on friday i'm going to start back on 810 for a few weeks then work up again and focus on healthy eating low carbish style.

Have a fab holiday Nikki, you deserve it!! Xx

went to the gym this am. did core, combat and zumba. went back this pm for body fat analysis and i'm in the normal body fat range. i'm 37 and it goes up when you are 40. my body fat is 31% the range is 20-32/33% i think. so that's good in one respect. he said i was fit and healthy and not overweight, good body fat etc just going to focus on healthy eating and getting my body fat levels down when i get back from my hols.

Hi Nikki,

I am glad that you were able to get this information. I thought you would be "perfect" just as your are -- and that the "numbers on the scale" were not giving you a complete picture.

I think that teaching your own classes would be a win-win. You'll earn whilst keeping fit and your students will be motivated and inspired by the weight you have lost and fitness level you have reached!

Congrats!

Mel

I hope your holiday goes well. mel

sat in CDG airport in Paris waiting for a flight home. have blisters on my feet and i'm sure i've put on a stone. not stopped eating since i arrived in paris on monday. ss+ from sat me thinks. it will be hard to start friday as i'll still be in holiday mode.

Did you have an amazing time?

Hope you enjoyed every minute of it hun xx

Hi Nikki,

Welcome back. I hope you had a wonderful time in Disney. I am sure you will get back at it, and shake any gain fast. It is probably a lot of water and carb bloat, and between your diet, increased water intake and fitness you'll be back to yourself quickly.

i loved it but it is tiring. kids are shattered. we went on almost every ride except for those that ems wasn't big enough to go on. she missed out on nemo's rollercoaster but was big enough for the areosmith rollercoaster which i would have thought was worse. we love the buzz lightyear ride and peterpan one. we found the studio tour tram ride boring. thought it was really funny that they dubbed the american english to put on the french and then had english subtitles. it just makes no sense really!

hubby flies out to amsterdam on sunday.

haven't stopped going to the loo for the past 2 days. seem to want to live on it. ss+ from tomorrow though. need to shift as much as possible asap!

i'm already in a bad mood! think it's a mix of being tired, kids playing me up, the thought of hubby going away on sunday until wednesday and the usual grumpy feeling i get when i know i need to do a lower play like ss+

Hey Nikki, hope you've had a good weekend!! How're you managing with getting back on track? I can't wait until I get back from London to get cracking on my mission!!
