Ha I'm sure that already happens to me. And I'm sure these narcotics are giving me cravings for crazy food I want KFC dirty greasy KFC, I made do with choc mint shake. Bob would be proud!!
 
FOOD MENTIONED!

i hate fast food. i think it's foul and when you've eaten 2000 cals worth of it you are still hungry! i hate the grease and cause we don't eat that much of it i always end up with a dodgy tum. i've never had a KFC in my life, i went vegetarian at 17 (20 years ago this year - yikes). i think i've had a handful of McD's, and the same at BK! i've always felt hungry afterwards and those foul milkshakes that you can stand your straw up in are yak yak yak.

my crux is more crisps, nuts, biscuits. i can honestly say that i can't remember the last time i had a proper bar of chocolate in any shape or form. i can remember pigging out on hubby's FR at xmas, this is cause i gave away my chocolate box.

my mum's got me some for my birthday and i'm not that bothered. just CBA with individual faffy chocs. hoping my dad will help me out there.

what i could do right now is eat my own body weight in cheese, nuts and the CD mint bars. i've put my mint bars in my fridge to keep them out of my view. i haven't really touched them this week as i'm feeling very weak and they're so delish. you need to go back to your CDC to get your mint bars sal.

I'm really not a fan of fast food either, that's what makes my KFC cravings so bizarre. I want savory at the moment, thankfully the KFC craving has gone, but replaced by savoury cravings. Which is better, but still can't do anything about it lol.
 
I've done it, I've ordered a hoodie and a t-shirt, on the t-shirt I put 'Finish Strong!' on the front left breast and Stand Up and Finish What You Started on the back. Didnt do the front with the hoodie, but wish I had now, never mind. Can't wait for them to arrive now. It might break up my boredom a bit, getting a package.
 
Both black with green writing. Can't wait to get them!! So exiting, will have to war them round the house until I can go to the gym again! He he I drew the line at getting Bobs picture on the front.... Maybe for sleeping in lol.
 
I went for black hoodie and White writing. Going to get a jillian quote for my T. Will be looking later.

Bad diet day. Was going well until tonight. Had some nachos and now I. Having a couple of glasses of wine and crisps. Generally I'm doing ok and staying even. Think I'll move up plans from Monday and leave goal as I am now for a few months as I've lost motivation. Will go lower middle march. Just want to STS now. So I've decided it's not defeat as I've blasted all other targets and will go lower later. Just want some time out with everything and I want to do even more exercise now and focus on toning.
 
P.s I think that many ladies on here would be glad to be my weight/size/bmi. I like who I am at the min and want to relax the extremeness of cd.
 
Hi Nikki, do you know what measurements you are? Am I remembering right that you're a 12/14? I'm having mild wedding dress panic attacks! lol
