nikki's diary - closed...... moved over to maintenance to test the water!

i am so cold. my nose is running like a tap. i feel like i'm an iceberg. i can see myself sitting in front of the radiator with a nice decaf coffee when the kids are suitably in bed.
 
this is actually my 2nd day back on the 810 plan. just a thought. no wonder why i'm cold and craving carbs,,,, wanting to come off plan all the time. this time i am winning out not my cravings!
 
why are mint bars so delicious? just had mine. i was going to wait for hubby to get home but the call of the mint was to hard to resist.

so 4 pints
4 coffees with milk
3 cd products
1 meal ala 810 plan

(1 can of coke zero and a few sticks of SF gum - technically not on plan but it's on my plan :))

i am being 100% in my eyes as there's been no cheese attack. i looked at it in the fridge tonight and thought.... why was i ever so attracted to it. it was just a large lump of fat.
 
Oooo I'm looking forward to trying the choc mint bar tomorrow! Had the choc orange today and it was lovely!! I've never made It to the bar stage last time!!! Xx
 
choc orange is ok, but mint...... wow! my fav are now mint, peanut, choc orange and then cranberry. the cranberry one tastes a bit like strawberry bubbalicious chewing gum. the other bars make me feel rather sick as they're so sweet. :) you're going to love them all then find your favourites.
 
the scales are down today. dropped 1lb since weigh in yesterday. would love to loose 4lb this week or even the 5.5lb lol.

had some more cottage cheese last night just to stop snacking. had some more coffees too. no big fat lumpy cheese. that's a day away from it.

gym day today. i'll run and go on the bike, got the gym on thursday too going to try a zumba class then next week i'll like to do an addidas zone cycling class on the wednesday. want to get back to body pump on a monday or a friday. would love my week to go like this....

monday - body pump (1hr) - aprox cals burnt 350
tuesday - running (no more than 1 hr) aprox cals burnt 500
wednesday - addidas cycling (1 hr) aprox cals burnt 5000
thursday - zumba (1hr) aprox cals burnt 500
friday - general gym work or swimming. - or doing stuff around the house
sat - shopping, cleaning etc etc
sunday - running (no more than 1 hr) aprox 500 cals

at the min on 810 this is not possible. so i'll try everything and then decided what i like and want to do. when i get to the 1000/1200 i'll pick up my pace.

Eeee just been on the t-shirt website to track my order and it says it's been dispatched to Royal Mail, so any day now!!! Yours should be the same, cos I ordered both mine on Sat, so exciting!!!!
 
mine's been dispatched too, or so it says by RM. probably wait about 5 days more for it knowing RM.
 
i think my new title should be..... 'i need a wee' that's what i spend my days doing now. heading into or out of a toilet.

p.s do you ever notice that your wee actually get longer on this diet too. you go more often and more comes out..... wow!
 
Ha ha yes!!! I wee like a racehorse! I found it really hard last week going up and down stairs but it's much easier this week! So much wee lol.
 
you need a commode :) my mum's just got 2 delivered for when she comes out next week. yes... she's escaping into the big bad world.

i've been very very bad..... not food. i'm just a serial scale hopper. think i'm back in my zone. i only do this when i'm in my zone as i like to predict what i'll weigh in the morning when i go on on an evening. i've now recording it on my mobile to see if there's any pattern in it. i've been on twice already, and i'll go on again before bed.

the best. home visit tuesday next week then released the day after. then our xmas day celebrations. i'll get to goal then i'll put on half a stone and struggle again :sigh:
 
another 2 decaf coffees and another pint of water down my neck.

that's 3 pints and 2 litres plus about 5 coffees (guess) and a can of coke zero.
