it's an XL so a so called 14-16 but since i bulge in racer tops i wanted it to be a bit looser so it wasn't tight where it would bulge. i still bulge but it isn't as bad as it was. i've ordered the hearty party one in red. i'm hoping it arrives tomorrow so i can wear it on wednesday evening. i need 2 more i think. one for each class - mon, tues, wed, thur so they can be washed and ironed in time. mind i don't normally iron gym gear but i think these tops need it, on the reverse though.

it depends on what you're going to do in your session. it might be wise if it is high impact to have something or maybe drink some milk up before your workout. i tend to go in the morning or in the afternoon. the evening classes i do i tend not to eat anything til afterwards. i don't feel ill or anything, with my last shake being at lunchtime.
Thank you Nikki... Also in one of your posts you said u new how many caliores u burnt off in zumba?? How did u work this out? I.e what did u use??please x
 
i googled it. average cals burnt is between 500-800 per 1 hour. i take the lower estimate and put my heart and sole into it. can't be bothered wearing my polar watch monitor. the bigger the movements and the more you fling your arms around etc the more cals and fat you burn. How Many Calories Do You Burn During One Hour of Zumba? | eHow.com in comparison to the running i would say it is correct if you go for it.

depends how big your leg is and how you cooked it. if you roasted it in butter then you wouldnt sts, but if you dry roasted it with spices then it would count as protein and wouldnt make you gain!

i was thinking of just taking nibbles out of it until i've eaten it all. not chopping it off and cooking it lol. mind i am a vegetarian so would eating my own leg cancel that out or would that be ok too cause it's my own leg that i'll be eating? all these questions :D
 
i am bored today. not good. need to do the ironing. also ems has swimming today at 4pm. got zumba at 5.45pm can't wait. i only hope that hubby comes homes in time.

I'm bored too watching tv at mums house, cos I have no running water or toilet at the moment.

I woke up this morning with a weird pain in my foot, it feels like the joints need to crack, I've tried stretching, bending, poking it but nothing helps. It doesn't hurt to touch it's when I'm walking or move my toes, so bizarre, I'm sure it's nothing but I just want to crack my joints like you can with your fingers etc, that'll cure it.

hav not fought the food battle well today. i've eaten 1 bread bun and 2 crumpets extra to the 810 plan. just had a very stressful kids day. hopefully will work most of it off in zumba. have drank my own body weight in water too. just sick of things, not being able to diet properly. kids playing me up etc. argh!!!!!!!
 
i woke up to a terrible depressed mood, but then had brekkie went for a massive uphill walk and felt better. but have just had a BIG dinner so back to feeling fed up. life is SO easy on CD isnt it?? enjoy zumba.
 
life is so very easy on ss cd :D i always find that food actually depresses me. if i eat too much i get the guilts and feel really depressed as i feel i need to play catch up for the rest of the week.

zumba was fantastic again. sweat dripping off :) wore my other top that just arrived today. it was the same as the teachers. she looked so much better in hers lol. she's so toned and has a baby that is about 4-6 months old too. she was doing pump and all sorts of other exercise throughout her pregnancy, more so than me and so got a fantastic bump but never got overweight. so has returned to her pre-pregnancy weight so easily.

i've got zumba tomorrow am.

tuesday - core, running, zumba
wed - zumba (also cleaned the house)
thurs - core and zumba
friday - thinking of doing zumba again at another venue. might case it out this week and see if it is any good. might go running outside instead though. need to decide what i'm doing.
sat - rest so nowt
sunday - ? might run depends on hubby.

I have found the diet really easy and thankfully didn't struggle getting into ketosis but feel as the weight loss slows down I might need a bit of support! I have been reading everyone's posts but have finally decided to join up!!

About me:
Height : 5'7"
Start weight 15 stone 113/4 lb
Start BMI:34
week 1 loss : 9.5 lb
week 2 loss : 7 lb
week 3 loss : 2.5 lb
week 4 loss : 5 3/4 lb
week 5 loss : 3 lb

I weigh in on Thursdays so 2moro is week 6!!

I am not sure how you have all made your pages look pretty but will try and fathom...for now I'll have to be boring black and white!!

You are all doing so well and your posts have kept me motivated for the last few weeks! I have decided that this is the last time I will diet...I have tried every diet going and have decided as drastic as this is I will loose the weight then have a 4lb rule, if I gain 4lb I will loose it the next week to try and keep me on track!!

My target weight is 11 st 4lb but to be honest I am more concerned with what I look like than what I weigh so will stop when I am happy with how my body looks - maybe a 12/14 dress size.

That's enough waffling for me - I'll update my weight loss 2moro night or friday morning.

yeah, join in the party :)

if you click on my weight loss ticker it'll take you to the page where you can create one of your own. you'll then need to use the HTML code and post it on your signature section. this is under the user cp. look at the blue bands above the top band, first one says user cup (next to blogs, FAQ etc). you'll find the signature in there and just copy and paste it in. you can also write in here and use the colours. hope this helps you.

it also helps when you do a diary for you and if you post on the general CD sites too.
 
my new zumba top that i wore today. the pictures are not fantastic. they were taken tonight with the light on as it was getting dark.
