think my black and purple is nicer. maybe i should stick to darker colours

I like the red one!!! I'm not sure I could ever wear red, I'm more of a dark colours girl too lol.

I've had a bit of a dodgey food day today cos I've been at mums all day. I had soup for lunch (I really struggle with the soups and that's all mums got left) that was okay but at tea time when faced with the option of another soup or poached eggs I went for the eggs, I think you're only meant to have one but I had 2 :( then when i got home i had cottage cheese and some chicken :( :( I'm sure it'll be fine but I feel such a pig - oink!!!

i like the red too. i'm just a bit bloated tonight from the tons of water i've drank today. so looked bulgey. probably the best top to wear in a day time class.


been bad bad bad...... bought 2 more tops tonight. OMG hubby will kill me if he knew. we are supposed to be saving not spending. i just 'need' them.....

went for a blue top like my purple and black one and a black and flu green one too. i'll link them here.
 
i am so naughty. i nearly bought 3 :eek: but thought better of it. i now have 4. one for each class.

She's good!!!!! I wish i could be that springy on my feet!!! I dont know if its my weight (cant help) or that i'm just not naturally springy! I complained about it to my friend last time I was there, but she said "At least you've got natural rhythm! You can work on being springy" She's got no rhythm at all bless her, she's always completely out of time with the music.

Thank you for my zumba fix!!!! Even just watching them made me smile :D I love the third one!!!! I love jumping ones like that. I think my problem is that there's one step that I can't do and a lot of ours at the moment have it in :(
 
I've got rhythm and I'm springy on my feet. It's my arms that don't seem to look good when I move them and with my back being a bit sore still I'm finding it hard to really shake my bootie!
 
I think it's a good place to find and use dances that are choreographed already and you can then gradually use these as good practise examples until you're confident enough to design your own. :)
 
Very true!!! Anyway good news (I think) I've been walking around totally normally today, no crutches & no pain :D :D I'm not jumping the gun though, will see what the physio says. And I've still got two and a half weeks left of sick note, so I should be fine by then, but I'm not going back a moment sooner, I want to be properly properly healed - not for works benefit lol, but so I can get back to my exercising ASAP!!! :D things are looking up :D :D
 
why can't men look after kids? last week when i was out at my class matthew climbed on to the dining room table and drew on the wall, i cleaned it off. this week matthew poo'd on the floor, hubby picked it up but i had to clean the carpet today. argh!!

core done - 100 cals
zumba done - 500 cals

4 pints of water drank.
3 cups of coffee and
1 can of dr pepper then
2 cd products eaten

oopps, 2 crumpets scoffed and 1 baby bell cheese. i was too hungry after the exercise. then i got stressed with the kids and a letter through the box.

nursery manager left in december and since then i've written out cheques for extra sessions and it's not showing up on my receipts. they say i owe them money. now i'm going to have to go back through out old cheque book, if i can find it and sort it out. i've got details of the cheques i've written in jan but not december. so i need to find the extra £35 odd now so that it's even and show's i've paid. s*dding hell.

dude's just trashed my top with banana and then dumped it on the 'just cleaned' carpet. bl**dy hell!
 
just noticed that if you run all the youtube vids and learnt the steps you'd get a pretty good workout. only thing is, you'd have to get rid of the kids if you could cause they insisted on standing on my and dude was trying to get under my feet.

just tried the hip hop one and it's great, very pleased with it.
 
bad food day :( going to have to be golden tomorrow!

my only saving grace is the exercise i'm doing. so far this week...

monday - nowt
tuesday - 30mins core stability (100 cals), 35 mins running (380 cals), 1 hour of zumba (500 cals)
wednesday - 1 hours of zumba (500 cals)
thursday - 30 mins core stability (100 cals), 1 hour of zumba (500 cals)

that's 2080 cals burnt through exercise this week so far. wish i'd been good food wise too. haven't been as bad as i was last week or the week before so hopefully a loss.

now if i can do another class of zumba and some running then i might stand a chance of burning around 3500 cals which is the equiv of 1lb.
 
I'm having a bad food week...ie I am eating it! Need to get back on track, luckily the scales haven't gone up and I am hoping that the weekend will help me as I can drink lots and we be out and about a lot too.
 
you can get back to it kez. i know you can. focus and vision.
 
well, i've got zumba tomorrow. i know, i know, i'm mad. lol :D can't wait. just when i thought i'd have to wait til monday bing - i find one and just down the road too. yeah! zumba!!!!! whoop whoop
