nikki's diary - closed...... moved over to maintenance to test the water!

i knew i should stop. one man walked away. she was rubbish bless her. i also didn't feel like i'd worked my core at all even though i kept it tight and pulled in.

right back on plan today.

goal.... get through today without picking or snacking or going off plan.

my back feels ok surf. a little twingy but sometimes that's quite normal. anyway did core cause simon was back, than ran 3.25 miles and did a zumba class. 950 aprox cals burnt and over 2 hours of exercise done.

3 cd products eaten today. was going to be naughty and do a ss+ 4 pack day but i really feel that i just can't do 4 packs and nothing else. so 810 day. i have a meal to look forward to. was going to save a product for tonight but it hasn't worked as i've just had a mint bar. it looked at me and my sweet tooth fought back and i couldn't resist something extra sweet and chewy. think i might start adding more sugary sweetner stuff to my porridge.

to technically just a salad and cottage cheese left now. decided i can't keep on gaining weight, having too many days off plan, so have dropped back to 810 for most of the week. want to get off 5lbs for weigh in. so will see how i do. i'll know by friday if this is achievable or not.
 
got too much time on my hands. looking at zumba pants too much and zumba tops too much as well. also drinking too much coffee - do you get the impression i do things too much, to excess ;)

i've had 3 cups of coffee since coming home almost 2 hours ago, also had a pint of water too. on top of the 2 litres at the gym and a pint this am with my shake. (that's 6 pints of pure water, not counting the coffee).

Heey Nikki good choice to drop back to 810 as it really does suit you..:)
Take it day by day and u will soon see them scales drop back down again chicken.

so irritated to night. hubby is ill again. this is like 4/5 weeks of it now. still snoring, still coughing so i'm still not getting any sleep. F**K! sick!
 
Oh no :( Has he been to the Docs? Maybe he needs antibiotics if it's been going on this long?
 
Me again can i just a quick advice please? (sorry) well i have my personal trainning tomorrow at 6:30pm but by that time i was only planning on having a shake for brekkie , then soup at lunch..!

then my last MAM at 8:00pm in the evening... will i be ok to train with only having 2 cd's??.. don't really want to eat??

it depends on what you're going to do in your session. it might be wise if it is high impact to have something or maybe drink some milk up before your workout. i tend to go in the morning or in the afternoon. the evening classes i do i tend not to eat anything til afterwards. i don't feel ill or anything, with my last shake being at lunchtime.
 
fancy the ics one as it's an at home course. so lazy. means i get a life. assessment looks ok too. i can do zumba and this and i'll be sorted :)

Yes and then I can employ you to be my PT, we can use the gym at Davey L's and the powers that be there will never know lol. We can be Team Bob!!! :D ;)
 
Oooh I quite fancy the ICS one myself do you know how much it costs? The crazy thing is I probably wouldn't use it to be a personal trainer, I'd just do it for interest. But I'm that annoyed with my job at the moment you never know......
 
think it was around £429 it said top right side.
 
yep £429. looks better than the others and you can go on and do further courses too.

Hmmm in the scheme of things it's not much to pay for a complete career change!!! I'd have to save up for it first, which will give me time to get my weight down lol.
