my back feels ok surf. a little twingy but sometimes that's quite normal. anyway did core cause simon was back, than ran 3.25 miles and did a zumba class. 950 aprox cals burnt and over 2 hours of exercise done.
3 cd products eaten today. was going to be naughty and do a ss+ 4 pack day but i really feel that i just can't do 4 packs and nothing else. so 810 day. i have a meal to look forward to. was going to save a product for tonight but it hasn't worked as i've just had a mint bar. it looked at me and my sweet tooth fought back and i couldn't resist something extra sweet and chewy. think i might start adding more sugary sweetner stuff to my porridge.
to technically just a salad and cottage cheese left now. decided i can't keep on gaining weight, having too many days off plan, so have dropped back to 810 for most of the week. want to get off 5lbs for weigh in. so will see how i do. i'll know by friday if this is achievable or not.
