i enjoyed my weekend away too much and now i'm in a flap about the scales. i feel like i've given up loosing and have started gaining. argh! need to get back on track seriously. we will celebrate valentines day and then i'm on to it big time. i love food and i'll be a heafer if i keep eating it.
on the down side vII i've done my back in! think i was writhing around getting something in and out of the car and lifting things and i've over stretched whilst reaching out in a strange position leaving my back's weak point exposed. been popping pills but they're not touching the pain. i'll be on the phone to the chiropractor tomorrow to try to get an app quick sharp. i really want to do zumba on tuesday this week and if it kills i won't be doing it any time soon.
