yes try to sleep when you can..reading your post brings it all back. tiredness is rubbish. is she too young for a dream feed? where you feed them while they are asleep?

Oh god yeah, start a dreamfeed soon, they're amazing!! I'm sure I started babyB at about 3 weeks old. Once he started regularly waking up around 11.30/12, I would dreamfeed him at 11 whilst he was asleep in the hope he wouldn't wake up properly! And it usually worked! I'd go to sleep when he went to sleep about 7, set an alarm for 11, feed then go back to sleep!! I still dreamfeed him, but I've managed to get it to 10pm, and I'm slowly reducing it, hoping to cut it out soon!! Just do what works for you!!!

Ive lost 22lb since birth. 2st 1lb to go until im back to the weight i was when i found out x

It gets better soon, I promise!! I found at 6 weeks things started to really fall into place. And if she's content then your already halfway there!! Sleep is on the way!! Keep sleeping whenever she is (if you can put her down!!) xx

She is really content and then she just has this screaming fit at night time. Midwife called it witching hour.... ive literally done some thing every day since she was born and think im probably tiring myself out and by 8pm im just ready to sleep for england. Hope it does get easier, im shattered xz

Isobel frets from 4-5ish till 11ish then she wakes at about 3am then away at 5 I wish I could sleep/nap when she does but Imogen needs me. I feel for you Nikki it feels like the tiredness will never ever end x

Millie slept amazingly last night. 10pm-10am with a wake up at 1.30 and then 6.30! Bought anti colic bottles and sure they helped her. Fingers crossed another good night tonight x

About ready to start the diet i went to try some clothes on in new look and the weight is literally all belly!

Millie had a couple of good nights sleep and then a rough night last night bless her.

Oops i put a 1.5lb on yesterday....

11st 12.5lb now. Had a good day diet wise yesterday though. I have a bbq today and i know it will be a bit calorie laden!

i wouldn't worry Nikki it will come off..just focus on millie and her routine then your old food routine will come back too x

Im sure its your body just re-adjusting Nikki. Once you get into a routine with Millie, Im sure it will all settle down x

OH is working away this week until thursday night so me and millie are staying at my mum and dads because mum booked this week off work.

Going to have a proper bath tonight with millie and then going to watch a movie. Hope she sleeps well tonight.
