I'm very happy you visited :)
Today it was a PP day and I managed to stay under 1000 kcal ( and I ate as I usually do on PP days)

I still need to study more on CRON _ maybe find some books too.
It is a science actually.
 
I started the day with 150 g of frozen berries ( strawberries, raspberries, blackberries).

After a few hours I had 197 g of chicken.
(Should I weight it before cooking it or after?)

I will have a salad later.

and a little protein _ perisoare de pui :)
 
I only have the expensive ones from the dukan boutique.
3 packages left, they are worth gold for me.... ( sorry for my English)
I keep trying to find some locally.. but it is quite difficult.
People look at me like I am crazy when I ask:
"Do you have shirataki noodles?"
I mean : "Aveti taietei shirataki"?

One more kilo gone
I am basically in Dukan CONSO now and I also do some calorie counting.
And it works apparently.
I am quite amazed.

Yesterday I ate over 2.000 kcal - only Dukan consolidation food.
Today I feel great, so energetic and so happy.

I missed the cheese, the bread and the fruits ( yes I have 2 fruits or 3 every day)
I don't go overboard with the cheese but I do with the fruits.
Yes, I do.
 
Today I had
green apple, parsnips , beets, laughing cow cheese -40 g , bread - 2 slices, peach, yogurt ,chicken
ending my night here with galette and milk :)
