No more excuses

Step away from the cake - it's sooooo not worth the syns. And this coming from the girl who loves cake - especially baking them lol.

Hmm, see how you get on - as long as you're losing then i wouldn't worry, go with your low target and see what happens. If it becomes difficult to lose, you may have found your body's happy weight and it might just be better to challenge yourself to get back to that happy weight when you're back from Florida etc. See how you go over the next few weeks would be my advice :) x
 
That's what I've found before. My body likes to be 10 stone but I can persuade it to be 9 10. Any lower and I'm disaster bound lol.

Anyhoo, I had a mini cupcake, will check the syns and add it onto my diary. Can't see it being 15 so at least within my syns for the week still. I know you're right too. Just keep going and see what happens. I need to stop craving all the bad food but it's just so tasty! ;)
 
We're always gonna crave the bad food - that's what got us on to weight loss in the first place lol. We just need to learn the moderation bit ;) x
 
I can do moderation, but I need a bit of EVERYTHING! I just love food. Happy after a mouthful of nice tasting food, quite lucky that way. I just like too many things ;)
 
I'm quite lucky in that I feel ill if I gorge. Often feel obliged though: I'm one of those eat everything on ur plate ppl. Feel guilty if I leave food so I eat everything, then feel I'll after and even worse when I get on the scales!!! Ho hum. Getting somewhere now :D
 
Ha ha: so I fell off the wagon a bit and tried 4 mini cakes!! Guessing all around the same syns so 16!!! Aaaargh taking me up to 31 over 2 days. Low syn day tomorrow methinks. Can't resist the variety and have to try everything, especially when I'm starving! Ho hum, mistake made, straight back on the wagon I go :)

You're still on plan for the week :) just a low day tomorrow. I'm trying to have a better day tomorrow. Had sooo many yogurts tonight. Can't satisfy my wanting to eat urge. Had two mini mars too. Then went back to the yogs lol.
 
I know you're right. Last night got worse: 2 Oreos too (5syns). Going to try to spend less time out of the apartment today as that's when I eat naughty food. At home I have healthy options available but when I'm in Uni for 12 hrs no matter how much fruit I take it's not enough :(

So......feeling rather run down so having a lazy morning watching a movie and drinking lots of hot orange before work at 11. Hopefully I can put off having breakfast till a little later too so I'm not starving by 12. Also, yesterday has reminded me that green is best for me. With green I'm always full so don't tend to fancy all the synful things.

Scrambled egg on wholemeal toast (hexb) with scraping of light spread (1 syn)
Banana, clementines and apple
Flapjack (12 syns)
half a mars bar (6.5)
vodka (4)
cheese, leek and ham pasta in sauce (1) with couple bites of chicken (hexb)
100 mls of dry white wine (3.5)

Running total = 64/105

Hope your green day is better :) I find porridge carries me through the mornings better but know others prefer weetabix or something else. Weetabix only fills me up for about an hour lol.

Fragments. Not seen it before but it's quite decent. About the aftermath of a shooting in a diner. So called laziness has turned into window cleaning, washing, tidying, ironing etc. I suppose it's just a woman thing: can't switch off lol. I need to start with the magic porridge again. I just feel like I'm wasting my mullerlight though! I like one as a snack and feel like a pig having 2 in one day. Plus they're too expensive :( Well I'd best stop whinging and crack on with it. Must be more positive :D

Lol i am so like this. god two in a day is a good day for me lol. I find they're always on offer though round here? I wasnt all that keen on the magic. I just have normal porridge with water and add a good spoon of Greek 0% yoghurt makes it lovely and creamy :) x
 
I adore magic porridge. Been getting in late though and almost straight to bed cos up so early. Tend to remember once I'm comfy in bed so no way I'm moving ;) Your way sounds lovely too though, will have to buy some different stuff on big shop and try it :) End up with the same every time.
 
I'm the same - becomes routine. Although i'm trying to make myself try something new at least once a week - i have lots of recipe books just need to have a mooch through them x
 
I keep trying the odd thing too, to be honest they're usually the ones I see on here :)

Today's been a bad day: another credit agency on my back for an account I don't even have :( In dire need of alcohol so maybe this full week will be a write off, will soon see. So angry I need something to calm me down :flamingmad:
 
Oh you're joking - my hubby has had someone clone his card again too. About the third time this has happened with lloyds tsb, thankfully they have declined the transactions but it's so frustrating.

I hope you've managed to get it sorted, and without too much of the strong stuff lol ;) x
 
It's my ex-husband :( Still legally liable for all the debts he gets himself into until divorce and clean break order go through. Absolutely fuming, sob. Just keeps happening and breaking me down. I've had a flapjack and really shouldn't have but just too angry to eat anything proper. Dinner is untouched.

Must be awful for your husband! I don't understand all the technology stuff, but very bad luck for it to happen more than once I'm guessing??

Think I'll be cracking the wine, or vodka, out today or tomorrow to get me through this next awful installment of the divorce process :sad0071:
