Total Solution No more yo yo-ing!

Sounds like a good day. I had chicken salad for tea too - lettuce, tomatoes, feta cheese, black olive3s, chicken breast slices an a sprinkle of toasted pine nuts and seeds.
 
Spoke too soon.. 3 beers and a twix mc flurry finish my night - oops!
 
It's ok.. Yesterday must have worked as I'm pretty much back down to where I was last week at 10 stone 9 something. Going to try and do the same today, minus the beer and mc flurry.

Going for a 3.5 mile run later so I'll need to eat a bit more though x

Thanks Lynne! Having a good day. Got up early to go to a stillness workshop (yoga meditation and Chinese energy techniques) but didn't feel up to it so didn't go. Did some work on a presentation for tomorrow then went for lunch with mum and dad and had a quick snooze then went for a 3.5 mile run.

We were supposed to be going to a BBQ this afternoon / evening but we still have this presentation to finish.

Food wise another good day - granola with raspberries and blueberries for Bfast, then a prawn salad for lunch. Going to have a shake now and maybe some veggies from the allotment later.

Thanks Katie - I've had a lovely lazy day thanks - although it wasn't supposed to be - I've cancelled both things I was supposed to be doing!

So I had a shake with some raspberries thrown in (bought British from co-op but they tasted really sour so needed using up). And a bar later followed by some broad beans and a few new potatoes from the Lottie.

Just having a glass of wine and watching the footie - is everyone else enjoying themselves?
 
10 stone 9.4 this morning.. On track for a loss on weds if I can keep it up!

Right good day so far!

Granola and blueberries and milk for breakfast
Bar for lunch
Banana and apple

Tea and coffee with milk.

I'll prob have a shake for dinner before I go to yoga at 8 - just on my way home from a meeting :)

A small bar of dark choc to finish my day so a really good day food wise :) (for me)

I'm going to make a cheesecake now coz we were given blackcurrants so I can't promise I won't have sone tomorrow :) but it's a run day so it's ok x
 
That's a good food day, well done yoyo :)

We've got a freezer full of black currants from our allotment, hubby is doing a cheesecake with them too xx
