That's a good food day, well done yoyo :) We've got a freezer full of black currants from our allotment, hubby is doing a cheesecake with them too xx

10 stone 8.6 today :) woop woop! official weigh in tomorrow so I have to be good today - might save the cheesecake till tomorrow :) x

I'm back in the zone :) caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror today and thought wow you look slim! I NEVER think that! Even when I have been slim in the past :) I think something has shifted thank goodness. I look back on wedding pics and think I was too skinny (I was 9 and a half) yet at the time I didn't think I was. I just want to tone up now really but I'll lose a few more pounds to be in the low 10's

Thanks Katie - I think we're all doing so well and I have to say I think this forum is the reason for my change in mentality. I know I never posted before pics, well I never took any for one but also I didn't want to celebrate loss I want to celebrate maintenance so I actually maintain this time!

I saw a video recently for the garden share scheme that we are part of. We were filmed for it and it was a few months ago when I was a stone and a half heavier and you can really tell, I look much bigger than I am now.

Anyway, a huge thanks to all of you who post regularly on my diary to keep me going - love you all xx
 
You sound quite comfortable with your weight now Yoyo. Must be such a nice feeling especially being able to look in the mirror and be happy with what you see. Its what we are all aiming for at the end of the day so well done for being so consistent x

Great day today again.

Good wise I had a shake for breakfast and a bar at lunch. In between I had a few blueberries and a plum and some cashew nuts before my run. Just come back from my run now, I'm pretty sweaty so looking forward to sticking my aching legs in a lovely bath when I've cooled down.

Hubby had a huge piece of the cheesecake I made and I had a mouthful to taste - very proud of myself!

Think I'll have a shake in a bit.

Worked from home this morning and went into school this afternoon, last session before summer now, but only one of my children were in so I gave her an extra 10 minutes and then popped to have my nails done on the spur of the moment :)

Pretty pleased with my food intake at the moment and no food related outings on the horizon aside from dinner at mums Thursday and lunch at in laws on Saturday. Next night out is a week on Friday so hopefully I'll be a few pounds lighter by then and can rock my leather trousers again. Oo.. Haven't tried my jeans on in a while, wonder if they fit me yet?! How exciting!! :)

Weigh in day tomorrow - fingers crossed for a good loss this week :)

I always say (especially when we have a sts) that the important thing how we look, whether you body has changed shape for the better and not the numbers on the scale that matter. Only we see the numbers but everyone sees the change in shape.....you can be sure that if you're happy with your slimmer body shape then others will think it's better too, after all we are our harshest critics :) xx

Lost almost 3lbs this week! Yey! I'm back in the zone. Although I woke up with the worst migraine this morning so think I need to eat more than I did yesterday if I'm running.. Hoping it will go now I've had a long sleep, cancelled my mornings appointments and had my breakfast of granola and milk.

Can't wait to log on to my computer and change my weight on my tracker and move some more stones into my jar! :)

Well done you are doing so well with it all & are proof to us all that we don't need to deprive ourselves of anything once we get near to goal as long as we plan carefully x
