Total Solution No more yo yo-ing!

A bowl of granola and milk before our walk but didn't make it up white nancy as I have a sore tummy, feeling very bloated :(

You do like your twiglets don't you yoyo :). They're very moorish so good you can stick at one pack.

Hope your tummy stops hurting before you go to bed. x

I've just met a lovely elderly couple from Australia who were walking down my street (I live on a short road that leads to a farm) turns out his dad lived in the house next door in the 1920's - I showed him a picture of the street in the early 1900's and he was so overcome with emotion I invited them in for a cup of tea. He was so grateful he's invited us to stay with them in Australia in Coffs Harbour! Just need to see if we can raise the funds for the ticket! Me and hubby had a lovely time chatting to them - made my day!

Nice one!! I'd be busting my ass to get the ticket money together! Flight's a bugger though as is the jet lag!

Tell me about it! :) I would love to go to Australia! We'll do our best to save ;)

Great day today

I was in babies this morning and woddlers this afternoon and had a lovely day :)

Food wise I've eaten:

Shake
Bar
Small portion veg chilli with rice
Tiny dark choc bar
Tiny piece of homemade choc brownie one of the girls made

Trying to decide what to have for dinner - I'm pretty hungry and going for a bike ride soon

Still feeling rubbish - full of a cold :(

What did you decide to have Yoyo. I've just eaten the porridge in the form of a cake mix. Tasted very nice, just like licking out the mixing bowl :)

I love twiglets Susie - don't usually buy them except at Xmas but at 100 cals for a bag they aren't too bad for you and I just bought a multipack from aldi. They are all gone now

Well you do have a cold so will be burning extra calories off anyway lol x

Lol yes and I'm exercising and on my feet with kiddies for 9.5 hours :)

I think your doing awesome, I too found a love for exercise and it's a real eye opener to discover how little calories and high exercise we can do and only maintain? It's a journey for us all and by finding your love of exercise you'll defo have a healthier and happier life. I too would love start the c25k as I've always wanted to be able to "run properly " your inspiring.

How exciting for Australia also! I've family in Sydney and would love to go!

Have a great day! Xxx

Thanks Carrie! That means a lot coming from you as I've been following your progress and exercise regime :) I'm going to start doing a 30 day shred after I've had my race, inspired by you. You should try running I think you'll love it :)

Thanks yoyo, I will defo give it a go at some point! Hope you enjoy the 30day shred, it's what I initially started in August last year and have exercised since! Who'd have thought it? Lol xxx

Lol.. I did bodyrock to tone up for my wedding two years ago and got to a very toned and slim size 8 (although I didn't see it at the time) and then put it all back on again. I think you'd enjoy bodyrock too - it's high intensity interval training.

Hoping the 30 day shred is similar although I believe it's longer sessions than bodyrock.

Great day today but was very busy, lots of kids in today and lots of emotional ones. I didn't even get chance for much of a break as I had paperwork to complete. Took some out for a trip to the park which was nice.

Food wise:

Granola blueberries and milk
Kids food : lamb and sweet potato casserole (small portion - couple of spoons)
Exante bar for lunch
Kids food: sandwiches and cake
Veggies and humous
A few slices of haloumi cheese

I was really hungry today - but went for a walk with Barney before work and a 2 mile run after work.

I was supposed to be going out with friends tonight but one of the girls cried off so I'm just chilling at the mo.

How's everyone else today? I'll check diaries x

Back down to 10 stone 8.7 this morning! Yey!

Just been to a fitsteps class - it's an exercise class where you do ballroom and Latin Style dance moves! It's really good fun!

Off into town to pick up my new glasses, they cost me £250!! I hope I like them after all that money :) I tried them on and liked them last week so they should be ok.

Then we are working on the door at our local beer festival this afternoon and enjoying the festival this evening :)

A busy day ahead.. Hope everyone else has a good day x

Good result Yoyo, well done.

Your local community is very socially orientated by the sounds of it. Nothing like that around here.

Enjoy this evenings activity x
