I've just met a lovely elderly couple from Australia who were walking down my street (I live on a short road that leads to a farm) turns out his dad lived in the house next door in the 1920's - I showed him a picture of the street in the early 1900's and he was so overcome with emotion I invited them in for a cup of tea. He was so grateful he's invited us to stay with them in Australia in Coffs Harbour! Just need to see if we can raise the funds for the ticket! Me and hubby had a lovely time chatting to them - made my day!
Nice one!! I'd be busting my ass to get the ticket money together! Flight's a bugger though as is the jet lag!
What did you decide to have Yoyo. I've just eaten the porridge in the form of a cake mix. Tasted very nice, just like licking out the mixing bowl![]()
You do like your twiglets don't you yoyo. They're very moorish so good you can stick at one pack. Hope your tummy stops hurting before you go to bed. x
Well you do have a cold so will be burning extra calories off anyway lol x
I think your doing awesome, I too found a love for exercise and it's a real eye opener to discover how little calories and high exercise we can do and only maintain? It's a journey for us all and by finding your love of exercise you'll defo have a healthier and happier life. I too would love start the c25k as I've always wanted to be able to "run properly " your inspiring. How exciting for Australia also! I've family in Sydney and would love to go! Have a great day! Xxx
Thanks Carrie! That means a lot coming from you as I've been following your progress and exercise regimeI'm going to start doing a 30 day shred after I've had my race, inspired by you. You should try running I think you'll love it
