Oh well nomes u have a good day planned there tho! Im sure it won't effect Wi this wk I'm sure u didn't have loads!

Breakfast- apple

Snack- thorntons choc bar

Lunch- whole wheat pasta with 1/2 tin of tuna with veg

Yup ladies- nearly went to the Chinese for a massive munch but husband said no - tesco trip instead and cooked a dinner x

When I got there I put my diet Brain on and did a healthy shop- but you're right it can be as bad as buying takeaway!

Breakfast- strawberries blueberries banana and yogurt

Snack- apple

Lunch-chicken lettuce and whole meal roll

Dinner- bns peas and turkey breast
