I know, makes up for the day before when I hit it rather hard for 3 t-shirts lol

Still focussed on good Atkins grub today, but will be sat on my arse most of this evening editing videos from Sunday (it is a hard task but someone has to do it lol).

Afternoon all, dvd finished, just need to put the cover picture on now and hand it over phew, record time last night, only siezed up on me once which was good.

Another good food day, just a crafty scotch for bed as a reward was my only sin. Scales are beginning to drop again thank goodness.

Hope you are all well, not sure how much time I will have for catch up today as we are doing fish tank maintenance tonight, but I will try my best xxx

Morning Bren ... It's the old state of mind thing... If it ain't in the right place then it's like moving a mountain!

Pain has been my motivator - and one of my knees was twinging yesterday which reminds me that I'm a heffalump and still have a long way to go... Great for focus! Lol

This time of year is a nightmare too ... All those treats everywhere - it makes everything that much harder... And the additional stress of it all is the cherry on top! Lol

You are so right Di, stress is a major factor and I do struggle with that, not just this time of year, I can stress about fresh air unfortunately. I know you lot normally just see the postings from the party animal but there is another side to all of it...........but hey ho that part is best kept under wraps for all concerned lol.

Slight wobble this morning, butty van arrived, got a sausage and cheese butty and very very nearly gave into the butty bit, but I didn't - I gave it to a colleague to feed the birds instead, phew.

Scales stayed the same this morning which is probably what produced said wobble. (yes I know, step away from the scales lol).

Good night out last night, not too rough this morning which is a blessing given that we are supposed to be going out crimbo shopping and a bit of a miracle given the amount of vodka and diet coke I consumed last night, but I was a good girl and slipped a couple of pints of soda in towards the end of the night.

Another gig tonight - full on punk stuff - choice of two bands in two locations, may do a set at each, not decided yet lol

Another more relaxed gig tomorrow afternoon too hopefully although the missus has slightly put a doubt on that by making plans for us to go to a garden centre.......................
