Morning Bren, happy Eater, I'm sorting out the BBQ today, I have lamb chops marinading, sausages defrosting, Beefburgers are ready, steak's sorted and the kebabs are ready to be skewered. Colleen and Eleanor are making the potato salad and green salads and Olivia is being bought over to elevate the noise factor

Morning Jim, sounds yummy, ours was last night (and I have leftover chicken sticks to take on picnic today) am just about to hit the kitchen and make butties (sorry) and pack up all sorts of goodies, MiL is coming with us, and dogbert of course, we are going all of 2 miles up the road to a local park where I walk Finn regularly but it is green, not using loads of petrol and there is a loo for MiL - all good

Thursday night was bbq - just the two of us
Friday - picnic with MiL and then a quiet night at home for just the two of us
Saturday - out in town all day watching bands, dancing, eating and drinking (but only a little) and then a gig last night which was ace
Today - Gig at the cricket club from 2 till 4pm, MiL would rather stay home and watch the snooker so just the two of us
Tomorrow - who knows??????

Unfortunately the weight is piling back on as it has a habit of doing when I am off the rails and am sort of looking forward to Tuesday when I can stop the rot!

Hope you are all having a brilliant weekend and hope to catch up on here tonight while the missus is watching Lewis.
